Q1. how do i filter a specific my hand vs. a specific opponents hand. like AAvsKK or KKvsAA

Q2. my HUD stats are placed at worng places. like my stats are being show with someone elses's sit and his stat are showing beside another player. how to fix that. i sit the middle position in 9 max in stars

I'm currently hating it. (HEM2)

Slow as hell.

Everything seems redesigned and moved which is a disaster. Feels like switching to different tracking software. Might as well try Pokertracker.

Things seem to complicated. Program seems harder to learn than to actually beat poker.

Doesn't seem user-friendly.



Obviously new to it but it just annoys the crap out of me right now. Why would u go and move and redesign everything when we are so used to the previous layout?


Edit: also everything is dark/grey. So your eyes have to keep readjusting also. Annoying... really don't like this so far.

Can I import the old HM1 hud I had?

Why cant I change the appearance for numbers on hud stats? less than whatever etc etc. I click the off button but it doesn't go on.

Why did my graph totally change when I reopened the software? Same money won but totally different graph........

HUSNG tournament results (in report) are still not updating automatically. (you have to close and restart HM2 for it to update). Is this still in the works or am I doing something wrong?

less important, I can't find the skin designer for the replayer (like in HM1) have you guys taken it off?

I want to be able to use keyboard arrows in the replayer.

Hey I recently moved my holdem manager and postgres to another drive on my computer because my main drive was getting way too full and was unable to import hands. I reinstalled everything on my D drive and set everything up like I remember but when I open up tables the table manager shows but the Holdem manager display doesn't show on my tables. What can I do to fix this problem. My table manager is showing all the tables too but has 0 for all the stats for table manager. I have my stars importing to the right folder for hands. Any help will be appreciated thanks

There will be some fixes with the next update. Can you try to import some hands into a new database for now? Is it the same?

Q1: the only way i see at the moment is Opponents -> Summary -> Right click on a player name -> Analyze player. There you can filter for villains hands
Q2: you need to configure the seating preferences: Hud options -> Seating preferences -> Site stars

You can change the theme under settings -> general settings -> theme. At the moment we have the dark and the default theme but more will follow.

You can import HM1 huds under Hud Options -> Displayed Stats -> Import 1.0
Stats appearance: this should work, you may need to create a new hud configuration or try with one you imported from HM1?
Graph: Is this for an alias or a real screenname? I think the best is you send some screenshots and testhands with link to this thread to support@holdemmanager.com so that we can reproduce it.

In the reports section when adding new stats via the button on the left. What is the stat that used to be Cold Open(i think) ie. when someone raises and you call. That amount. Total call open from a certain position. Cold call is kinda the same thing though there is no stat that I am looking for.

I can only find a defend thing which includes the times hero raises.

When in leakbuster I double clicked the line that separates stats then it disappears. How do i get those stats back? tried restarted, tried doing the report over. If I refresh it flashes and goes away again.

While playing last night I was moving hud panels around and all of a sudden I got a popout that analzyed villains hand strength at showdown...it was a pie chart that popped up right in the middle of my play.

I had no idea this functionality existed, but sadly I could not reproduce it by trying any series of clicks in the hud panels. Can someone tell me how to bring this up?

I tried the table manager solution and the stats seem too appear but I am unable to move them and my table is set to "replayer hand". I also play more then 1 table and it seems as soon as i somewhat fix it through table manager I am unable to do so for the other tables. The hands are being imported into hem. I am also currently uploading my data base into HEM which has been taking a while because I think its at least 5 mill hands after deleting my postgres on my main drive. I am using HM1 and I am playing Pstars FR cash games.

This question might seem amazingly stupid but I'm a HEM paying customer, I've just did a clean instal of my system and now I can't find any HM1setup file in the official site, all you announce and provide links for is HM2 (no thanks, too buggy and eats all my system's resources) and I can't find a single link for the complete instalation of HEM1?? Can someone help me please?

All I can find is update patches, I want a full install file...
