Hey, just wanted to ask if holdem manager 2 is able to track rebuy tourneys on stars & ftp and if its able to track multi entry and multi day events on ftp.
Even if i had to write emails every day to get tourney summarys ore whatnot that would be fine for me, just want to check this up before i switch to hm2 from hm1.

If the HH/TS files are written to disk and imported the results should typically be correct. If not you can edit the results manually and send us the HH/TS files for testing so we can write it up for the developers to correct in the future. I think there is a known bug with emailed TS files from FTP but the ones written to disk when playing should be fairly accurate.

If you previously used your trial and haven't updated HM2 in the past few months you should be able to install the latest update and activate a new trial. What I can do that this don't happen every time when table change or player eliminated from tournament and new player get seated to table.

In my original post I said I had 4 tables going which were mtt's. 2 tables were part of winnings normal schedule and 2 tables were part of their special series going on right now. The hud was working for two mtt's and i've had it working on 3-4 before, so somewhat confusing that you are telling me that it only works on one table.
The issue is the HUD is not working for the mtt's that are part of the "High Five Series". I have had just one table up, but it was the special series event, which the hud does not work for.

Just installed an update for HM2 and it turns out there is no site setup in this one. Version is 2.0.0.6708, had to install it after I had some issues with the old one. Here's a screenshot:



Anyone else had this issue? I can't see them overlooking something like that when they released this build, so I'm guessing I'm missing something that's pretty obvious, but I can't figure it out.

If you are playing 4 tables of the same type/buyin it will only work on one of them.

Did you try the Table Finder? Please try the Table Finder - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...+not+appear%3F

If it is not working on one/any of a special new series you can send us a HUD Error Report but we likely won't get the issue fixed before the series has ended as we can't generally rush out a build to fix something like this on such a small site when in the middle of internal development/testing for our next release.

Where did you get this build? It is incredibly old. We are on versions 8100+ now.

What version were you using and what problems were you having that made you think you need to update or rollback?

I had problems with the 8100 build, so I found this somewhere. Is there any other version I can download? Cause, as I said, 8100 was giving me problems.

We prefer customers use the latest build. What specific problems were you having so we can help you solve them or make sure they get resolved in future updates? Rolling back to older builds without informing us of your problems won't help us to solve the problems if it is in fact a bug in the latest build.

You can find a few older recent builds in our Release Forum but this won't help us to make sure the problems aren't in future builds if it is actually a bug.

Look top right corner, stats should be like that but they go like on screen capture when table break/change.

Not sure is this again another amazing feature of this software but like you see there is now example 13 different player notes on 9 max table when there is only 8 players.

Are you stacking tables? Or only playing 1 table?

I know you guys ended support for hm1, but I'm having an issue with intertops (revolution): when using the hand replayer, stats for only 3 out of the 6 players at the table will show up, and the other 3 players will show 0 hands even though I have 100s of hands on them. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks.

This is a known bug that was not fixed before the HM1 end of life. The replayer in HM2 does not have this problem.

Yeah I had no reason to upgrade back then, you think you'll be offering something in the near future for old clients of hm1? We all had a "lifetime" HM license, so I think it would be fair to give HM1 users a lifetime upgrade discount, don't you?
