Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English. Set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). Restart your PC.


Try the table finder - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...r+to+Show+HUD+

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK. Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK

TableNinja and SNG Wizard have stand alone versions.

LeakBuster, TableScanner, and HoldEm Vision are all integrated with HM and only work with our database.

What does the "Time" column in Tourney->Results->Stats -> Month Report mean?
theres Hours so I dont understand what can Time be

which stat is for
cb % after 3betting pre?
fold to cbet after 3betting pre?
villain raise cbet after calling 3bet pre?

Was confused as a lot of the stats seem to say the same thing.

my hud is acting weirdly

one thing it is doing is i can se all the boxes and stats and then i click on the table and it disappeared.

It also looks like it is displaying number that is not correct.

Please try to enable table preferences -> force on top
for the incorrect numbers: Which pokersite?
Which gametype?
Which HM version?
Which operating system?

Since the Ongame update my HUD stopped working. People in this thread:

seem to have experienced a similar problem. The answers given in that thread so far are not for Windows Vista, which is what I have. (I'd post in that thread but have forgotten my HEM username (though it's probably the same as here).)

Also, is there any way for HEM to show villain's hole cards (at showdown obv) in the hand history? At the moment I have to rely on Ongame's terrible software for that.

The new file path in that thread for W7 is the same as in Vista. Please reconfigure your auto import settings to this new path which will be;

C:\Users\Username\P5JavaClientSettings\

Note: This Vista and Windows 7 folder is hidden by default. You need to make sure Windows is showing Hidden Files.

Ongame terms and conditions do not allow the use of mucked cards in the HUD so it has been disabled to comply with this - therefore you will need to continue to look them up in the HH.

I have a sounding stupid question when I play at ongame sng, there are no hands being imported into HEM, and as matter of facct, there are no hand history were saved to ongame hh folder. Have I not set it up correctly or HEM could not import ongame SNG hands. thanks

Hi, I recently changed the imported time to the right one but I noticed it changed only for the future hands. Is it possible to adjust the imported time for the hands I have played also?
