Hello,

On HEM 2, the HUD stays within the window/table on FT. Is ii possible to have this outside the table?

Try to explain in detail which popup and hud config you are having problems with and include any screen shots you think will help to show the problems.

ok, fozzy, I got the custom stats to come up, but only as a separate tab with no labels when I click on their screenname. the main pop up still comes up when I click on the hud stats

also, just to be clear. the first number is the % and the number in the brackets is the sample size number

I think maybe what you want is to enable the HUD Options > Config Properties > General Settings > [x] Click for stat popup. Now when you click on that individual stat you will see the popup assigned to that stat instead of the man tabbed popup. This will completely disable the main tabbed popup and make it so that the hover over popups can only be seen when you click on that particular HUD stat. If that doesn't solve your issues we are going to have to move this to email support with the requested files to work with you.

If you want to see the abbreviation you need to add a text label to the popup manually. The empty white box at the bottom of the popup designer above the OK button is for adding text labels (abbreviations) within the popup.

On partypoker/danske spil playing MTT

Windows 7

I cant get the HUD to work on HEM 1 no matter what i do.

Hands are importing fine as I can see them all in the database, but the HUD wont show up or sometimes it does for a few hands and then freezes.

I tryed to drag the red cross, i tryed to edit files to tell where the HH is, I tryed a number of other things but nothing seems to help.

Any ideas ?

I am having the same issue with HEM1 and FTP mtts and sngs (all types) where the HUD is not working. Hands are importing, results are showing up, reports are working, just NO HUD.

Seems like MANY people have this problem currently. I have tried every possible solution mentioned in this thread with no change. I have also heard people with HEM2 having the same issue.

Judging by the threads over at the holdem manager forum this issue is very common and no suggestions on adressing the issue have worked (based on others experience and my own). Is this a software issue across the board at this point? Can it only be resolved when a new build comes out essentially?

Can you install the pokerclient in english language?

I'm using that version...hud doesn't work for any tourney type or sng whatsoever. Any timeline on new beta release?

Also seems like theres no guarentee that if i start using HEM2 that this problem will be resolved....In general are ftp mtts/sngs more supported on HEM2?

We had someone else report similar problems with Svenska and HM2 this weekend so I think they may have made some changes to their software. I sent the HM2 report to our testers so it can be tested and/or documented but I am not sure if we have any testers on Svenska so we need as many reports as possible to make sure it isn't an isolated issue.

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot of your desktop - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/gen...screenshot.htm

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder AND the \appdata\roaming\hem data folder.

Please Zip these folders and email them, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

I do not have an ETA for when this might be fixed in HM1. I believe the vast majority of these issues are resolved now in HM2 or the next release we are working on. If you want to PM me your email address for your hm.com account I can issue you a HM2 trial extension code so you can test it for a month or so before you decide if it is worth it for you to upgrade. If you do decide to upgrade you will get a significant discount since you own HM1 already.

On HEM 2, the HUD stays within the window/table on FT. This is reasonaly annoying since the HUD ends up covering players cards etc.

Is it possible to allow the HUD to go outside the table, just as it does in HEM1?

hud options > config properties > hud settings > overhang > [change to above 0: try 50 or 100 pixels]

Unfortunately not at this time. The issue we had reported and are testing is very rare/intermittent so we have to get our testers to put in a lot of hands/time to try and reproduce it so we get a better idea of how big of an issue it is.

Playing rush on FTP.
Only some results are being shown under my "Sessions by Day" tab, but the hands are still showing up in my "By Stakes" tab so I know they are recording. (Whole days are missing not single hands)
The days that I know I played on are simply blank as if I didn't play that day.

Thx fir your answer but today I made a test abd realised that if I don't play speedtables, its pretty much lag free! As soon as I play speedtables it.starts to lag badly!

Do you have any idea if people are having problnes with speed and hem2
?

i am running win7 and i got no firewalls or antivirua activated for now

2) Right click the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
4) Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for HudFuncsApp.exe


If you continue to have problems, please duplicate the issue and send us log files with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing:
- Open Windows Event Viewer's - Windows Logs - Applications.
- Check for any errors and send the information (Save All Events As...).

Make sure all filters are cleared on all reports.

If you continue to have problems, try the following -

- Close HM2
- Please delete everything in
- Win7: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Re ports
- XP: c:\documents and settings\username\application data\HoldemManager\Reports
- Showing hidden files: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...in+Windows%3F+
- Start HM2 again

If that doesn't solve it then try a new database to make sure your database wasn't damaged somehow.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\DD\MM.
*If the new DB seems to work properly, it sounds like your database might be corrupt. You will want to restore your most recent backup and/or import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and backup/restore any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...r+%28Ribbon%29

If you continue to have problems, please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

If you choose their player name in the reports you can review their info like any other player but we only import hands for other players where you were at the table. If you bust before the money we have no way to know if they cashed.

I go opponents tab and player analysis and see their hud stats but not their ROI and I go to reports more reports vs player and number of players and none show ROI.
