Your overall reports will show you your stats ..... overall - in all hands.

You can look at a hand in the replayer, and see all of your stats in the HUD.

If it shows 20k hands max, go to options - maxhandsinreplayer and increase it.

It will filter for any HUD Filters or Tournament Filters you have set in HUD Options.

Make sure that your HUD Options - HUD Filters - Last x months is set to between 1 and 120.

I would love feedback on why they found it unhelpful. It works 95% of the time. A lot of the problem with the HUD being behind is:

1) an older version.

2) Failing to add blitz.dll to your antivirus and firewall exceptions.

Many people say that you cannot add this, which is false. It doesn't show up in the files list for a lot of antiviruses or firewalls, because they only list .exe files. That is why we state in there that you simply need to type "bl" and blitz.dll shows up.

Our FAQ's and any other "standard" responses we might send are born out of hours of fixing it on our own, or remote support/dialog with customers. They are tried and true methods.

Another issue that will cause the lag is .net

In Windows Vista and later, this is done via the Control Panel - Programs - Turn Windows Features On/Off.

My question is I am waiting to update to hem2 but want to make sure it works on WPN. I was waiting for hud update now I want to make sure it all works on WPN. Don't want to spend $ to find out that hud is not working.

I think I am able to see my total stats in the hand replayer, but I still would like to know where it shows this in overall reports in overall hands so I have gave a screenshot of what i am looking at and a key of numbers/letters to pinpoint where you mean so please give me a letter and number of where you mean. The only thing I see that says "all" is section 7D.

The HUD works fine on WPN. I have been playing there for months now with HM2.

Yes they are custom filters, they work if I manually recreate them. But, if I have to recreate 20 fitlers everytime HEM gets an update this is redic.

2nd the new replayer is awful, in my HUD I have number of big blinds this no longer updates in the replayer when replaying a tourn, unless I manually take off HUD stats and put them back on again every hand, it used to update every hand.

Also say I replay a certain hand with HUD stats, find a new hand with different players without closing the replayer first, the HUD stats from the first hand still show.

Basically makes the replayer unusable now as replaying a bunch of saved spots from multiple tourns it not possible, why on earth did you change anything with it as it was fine how it was?

My HM2 wouldn't start right after my recent updates, it hangs at 'Loading Report module...' and stuck there, and i check the task manager, it says hm2 not response, i am using windows 7, please help.

Just started playing at ipoker today. I'm trying to set my seat on "speed" to just right of the three above but it's only showing me one seat to select.

The reason is that I noticed when there wasn't six players sitting at the table the huds had moved into the wrong spots.

Too late to edit above post but here is a screenshot showing the huds in wrong spots.

It seems to be ONLY when I am missing a couple of players. When it plays sh in other positions it seems okay so far. Only 1k hands in though so maybe lol samplesize we shall see.

I have not seen any reports of these issues. I want to let you know that your bug has been received and will be tested in the order it was received. Once we have tested and documented it thoroughly we will send you our results and/or ask for any other info/files that we may need to help resolve it.

I’m sorry to hear your experiencing issues with Holdem Manager. We reviewed the log file you sent, please follow these instructions to fix the issue:

Step 1 – Restore Default Settings:
First try restoring your default settings, often some settings files can become corrupt and cause these issues:

1 - Go to C:\Program Files\Holdem Manager 2 (Program Files (x86) for the 64bit version)
2 - Right click the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3 - Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an “Administrator"
4 - Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for HudFuncsApp.exe and tablescannerdllloader.exe

If this option is greyed out it is because the UAC is disabled.

Reboot and complete Step 3 and 4.
UAC can be turned off again if desired.

Step 3 – Update Windows

After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock. Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

There is an issue when the table is not full. This is a known issue.

Having the odd issue with HEM2's HUD ..

Most of the time it goes in the right place, but every now and again .. one table has its HUD stats congregated closer together centrally and i cannot see anything properly on that table..

Also while im in nitpicking mode .. is there a way to NOT put a square coloured box around the stats when i colour code a player ? .. i just prefer the small coloured box as before.

We would need to see a log when this happens, and any information about the table/changed states.

The default main popup is hard coded and can't be changed. But you can use a different popup as main ( Hud Options -> Player preferences -> Choose your Hud -> Appearance -> Main Popup). I'm also wondering if it's a known problem that the hud on Hem1 doesn't work on FTP for tournaments? Do I have to upgrade to HEM2 at this point?

Can I put forward a stat suggestion? There's a stat that shows how often you have been 3bet and I find it useful but I'd also like a stat showing how often your cbet has been raised in a HU pot. Would this be possible?

For some reason the HUD is not working in one specific tournament on FTP, the 'triceratops' since the last update. All other ones work fine, I sent a report via the HUD pop up that occured

One thing I noticed is that is didn't recognize it as a tournament, I forgot to take a screenshot but, will tonight when I play it.

Any ideas on this as a issue?

Normal tourneys or rush multi-entry tourneys? We just fixed the latter in HM2 but I am not sure when/if these fixes will make it into HM1.

We have had multiple reports for this tournament from the hud reporting tool. I just sent an email asking about this tournament to see if we need anything else such as screen shots but the idea behind the hud reporting tool is it sends us everything the developers need to be able to fix it without us having to ask for screen shots, etc. If we need anything else I will let you know.
