Replayers not working for me. I downloaded the .05 release last night so thats probably why. I get no response when i click a hand or right click -> replay hand . I tried restarting HEM.

I am having 3 issues with the HUD playing primarily Rush.

First issue is that upon opening 4 tables and the HUD begins to show up, it will pop up on correct players on 1 or 2 tables, and the other two tables are incorrect. Now, when I try to correct this by moving the HUD around, of course it moves all of them, so that some of the tables are correct, and some are not. This is not too good.

Second issue is I have multiple HUD display settings - for cash, tourney, HU, etc. In Rush, it appears that it is showing the default setting. The only problem I have with this is that I often play Rush Omaha and have a separate HUD setting for Omaha games. Is Rush always going to show only the default, even if it is Omaha? Or is there a way to change this so that the Omaha setting is what shows? I have the Omaha setting set up properly I believe, it works on regular Omaha tables but not Rush. If it can't be changed this is fine I can make the changes to the default for Rush Omaha only if necessary, but brings me to the third issue.

Because it seems as though only the Default setting will show during Rush, I made changes to it to reflect this. Now what is happening, is that some of the tables reflect the change, and some do not. This is obv pretty confusing, so I am hoping you can tell me how to fix these issues.

hey fozzy any idea if the program plans to incorporate the hud into the sitngo wizard?

since todays ongame update the client freezes and screen turns white if you try and play more than one table with HEM running!

I believe that is one of the long term goals but I have no type of ETA for when that might happen.

Using 1.11.05? Please email support@holdemmanager.com, with a link to this thread, and your forum name. Give us the details of your machine, which skin you are on, etc. We may want to meet you remotely to reproduce the problem if we dont find the cause/solution right away.

I just updated to 1.11.05, and I'm looking at my 'rake' stat, it has not changed at all since I updated. Will it only be accurate for the new FT going forward? Not retroactive for hands played in October?

Does HEM support multiple databases? Im having problems with Pokertracker and i wanted to give HEM a try. I found over 1.5 year old message when somebody asked if HEM HUD could use multiple databases and they said "Multi database support isnt implemented but is on the to do list". So is it still on to do list or am i just blind and i havent found a way to add more databases to HEM.

You need to purge/delete all hands since October 1st and import them again from your \HMArchive.

It was not added. I am not sure if it is even still on the list, TBH. It may have got knocked right off the list.

I changed my HUD settings a while ago and since then my Hand History Window is gone.
The Show Table Averages is checked and the Number of Pots is set to 3, so that shouldn't be a problem, right?
So what could it be?

How can I manually import all tournaments in HM? Because I think that all tournaments are not registered, and statistics for SNG are wrong.

This is usually because the Use For tab is improperly configured for one or more of your HUD layouts and/or you are not selecting the proper HUD from the Choose Configuration: drop-down menu. The Default HUD should be set to a site you never play, and make sure none of the other layouts have conflicting rules. Any time HM isn't sure which HUD to use, it will revert to the Default HUD (even if it is set to a site you never play).

If you play a site that doesnt provide summary information for the MTT SNG you will have to edit/complete it manually.

If you play at ftp/stars you can import the summary files.

You need to request and import any/all your tournament histories and import those to HM. Stars does not write the tourney summaries to your hard drive, like FTP does.

Email support@pokerstars.com and ask for ALL your old Hand Histories and Tournament Histories/Results.

They will send you an email with links to zip files of your hand histories. Download all the zip files. Right-Click > Extract the contents of each zip file to a new folder. HM > Import From Folder for all of the unzipped hands.

The tournament summaries should be attached to the email as .htm files. Download the attachments. HM > Import File(s) for all of those files. It will probably ask you to search/select your Pokerstars screen name. If the files are sent as .html you will need to rename them (Right-Click > Rename) from .html to .htm extensions.

Then later, you want to import the summaries on a regular basis:


Pokerstars > Lobby > Requests > Tournament History .. > 200

Then you have to create a text file, from the email, to import to HM.

I've searched hi and lo, or I'm a dummy and missed something.
