would a ballpark estimate time fixed be possible on the HEM 1 hud few hands delayed on zoom?

I'm using HEM2.

I want to create a filter to see (show) the following against a couple of other regulars :

1. Hands that he shoved when I'm in the BB.
2. Hands that he min-raised and folded to shove when I'm in the BB.
3. Hands that he called a shove with from the BB.

(I want a list of hand report (by the filtered report) for the above so that I can play those hands in the replayer to make a note of position/stack sizes , etc)

I tried the player analysis tab and some others that are designed to do this , but no stats,etc showed up for 10-man DON sngs.

I am using the "more reports" and am able to get a list of hands (but not filtered).
How do I get the filtered reports?

Not sure if it's the umlaut or the random symbol that's causing the issues.

Unfortunately I can not give an estimate. It is related to this HM2 ticket since both HM1 and HM2 share the same Zoom HUD plugin.

To see the hands by position , I went to "more reports" and I am able to get the hands in the below box for every position.
In the below hands list/table , is it possible to arrange the hands in the blinds order (biggest blind - smallest BB , eg : 150/300 to 25/50 ? )
Or is it possible to make it not show the hands where the blinds were <25/50?
Because in the hands table , the blinds column are absent (I don't think that stat can be added as an extra column either ). If it can be done , let me know.

Basically I want to see the blinds for the hands that are show for every position.

Im having an issue with Svenska Spel (Boss).

My stts are shown in $ instead of SKR.

Also, on SS the payout on 5-handed stts are 60-40 but are shown as 65-35.

Using HM1 1.12.11

- Select your screen name in the reports

- more reports > overall

- more filters > basic filters:
- 'position and action' section:
- hero's position: [x] Big Blind (uncheck all other positions)

- advanced filters > other > facing all-in bet = true

This will give you all hands where you were in BB and faced an all-in during a 10 player DoN.


- more filters > basic filters:
- 'position and action' section:
- hero's position: [x] Big Blind (uncheck all other positions)

- filter by bet size > preflop > facing bet > facing raise size > equal to > 2 bbs

- advanced filters > preflop > allin preflop > true

This gave me 48 hands out of 48,754 hands. I replayed all 48 hands and every time a villain min raised and I shoved they called my shove and we saw the flop and beyond.

I added this filter:

- more filters > basic filters > 'basic filters' section > saw flop > no

and got no results. In other words, in my sample of micro tourneys, if they min raise and I shove from the BB they are going to call.


This one would probably be easier to view the reports from villain's perspective.

- Select villain screen name in the reports so he is 'hero'

- more filters > basic filters:
- 'position and action' section:
- hero's position: [x] Big Blind (uncheck all other positions)

- advanced filters:
- other > facing all-in bet = true
- other > saw showdown = true

If you only want hands from 10 player DoNs in the above filters make sure you add this filter each time:

- More Filters > Tournament Filters > Tagging > Filter by Tournament Tag > 10-person double or nothing > + > OK > Apply to all reports

Hopefully you sent a file with more than just one hand. We would prefer an original file with multiple hands for said villain so we can run it thru our pokerstars live hud simulator.

You can filter by blind size:

more filters > tournament filters > blinds > big blind > greater than > 50


*To see the blinds in the lower hands datagrid go to:

settings > hands view columns > available columns > stakesblinds

It will add it to the far right of the hands grid and then you can hold down the left-click button and drag the column where you want it positioned in each report.

I just downloaded HM2 and while trying to install I am getting an error message
"An error occurred executing the Microsoft VC++ runtime installer"
and then another message saying
"Sorry, could not install PostgreSQL"

I am on a Toshiba running Windows 8, if anybody knows how to fix would really appreciate I'm not computer illiterate but not the most savvy so please explain in detail.

This problem is coming up again. I thought it was an 888 only thing but seems like its happening on ftp now.

Screenshot 1 - Hud is set out on the bottom table like I want it but on the top its wrong so I decided to move pwnchizzls hud down to the correct place

Screenshot 2 - Yo can see that pwnchizzls hud is now in the correct place but when moving it the hud has also moved on the 6max table and that hud is messed up.

This also happened when I tried to move the hud for TRK*068.

Any ideas?

My problem is that i do not have HUD on regular cash games. Im using v1.13.01, but I tried 1.12.09a, 1.12.10b as well, and auto-import still does not work. Table manager finds the table im playing on, but thats all. Btw, hands are saved correctly, import folders are fine, 'use for' is also set properly etc...

Any idea that can cause the problem?

I have asked our testers to see if they can reproduce this. It 'might' be related to TRK*068 since I don't see the asterisk in his name on the table or in the HUD. Can you send us some hands from this session that include this player?

Hey fozzy no I just put the asterix in incase he googles his name and wonders why he is a blue and also why there are numbers (my HUD) on his name

oh, lol. Thanks for clarifying. Can you send us some hands any way just to make sure it gets forwarded to our testers so they can test this in detail? We are busy with testing our next possible release and I am afraid my skype request for our testers to try and duplicate this might get overlooked or forgotten. If you send us a few hands with a link to this thread it will get forwarded to our bugs/testers inbox and it will insure we do some focused testing trying to reproduce this problem.

Sadly I find out hud stats are limited to max 256.

Have made a lot of custom notecaddy stats and have not reach makeing badges yet. Hate popups and play 30" stacked so have plenty of room for extra 1000 stats if needed.

Hope it will be increased/unlimited soon. Before 2013 season hopefully.

I hadn't played Stars in ages until today. HEM HUD wasn't working. After a quick google I was told to download an update (HEM1)

Now when I start up HEM it's saying my trial version is expired, but I had the full version. It gave a list of things to fix my problem. One of the problems they listed was 'You downloaded a patch and now it's saying you have a trial version'

Anyway it says log in to your account and add the serial number to your account, but I don't know my email address that I used for HEM. I have my serial number though, so what can I do?

I'm having trouble loading my custom HUD options? It runs the default HUD options even when prompted to run the custom HUD when I select said HUD.

Is this because I'm still on the HEM trial? If not, please advise how to load and run custom HUD stats.
