We are testing a new internal version that seems to address all of the ftp/stars issues in my short time testing (stars ante tables and ftp cap plo). It is now with the other alpha testers and hopefully we will have a release soon.

These are brand new so we have to add support for them. I just tested a super turbo and turbo with our new internal build and they seem to have it fixed for the next release.

I won't try to make excuses for the delayed update. I will just say the timing of the update from FTP was terrible for our programmers.

HM is designed to only show your session stats at that table as we felt it was alot more useful for a couple of reasons:
1) A lot of people will have a huge amount of stats on themselves so it saves lagging issues having to show these for yourself
2) A lot of regulars are very aware of their stats and when youve alot of stats accumulated it would take a huge swing just for 1 stat to change since you've such a big sample and so there not very useful
3) Its much more beneficial to see your session stats to get an idea of how aggressive or passive people will see you since you sat at that table. (again even if its against a reg youll know yourself your overall image or at least you should)
4) You can easily check your overall stats in the reports section to remind any stats but again most people know their stats pretty well.

No, there is not. Another good suggestion, IMO.

You don't need to, but you could, if you wanted. The HUD will automatically filter the HUD data by game type. It won't mix O8 HUD stats with PLO HUD stats, etc.

Not yet. That was one of many other suggestions on our uservoice system that are being moved to our new Suggestions Forums.

Yes, we have the ante table issues solved from what I can tell but we we need to do some more internal testing to be sure all the bugs are worked out.

The FTP update just added Rush PLO100. I played a few hands of this today, but nothing imported into my HEM after looking at the end of my day. The NL ring games I played imported as usual.

The FTP update added steps, but HEM is tracking winning a steps tournament as "unfinished" and giving a 0 ROI.

We know it is a big issue, for you, and every other HEM user on Stars. Restating the obvious, that has been posted by many others, will do nothing to speed it up. Once I have news from the developers to share I will post it here.

We know it is a big issue and are trying to get a release out, but I doubt you want us to release something that is full of bugs.

7-Zip - free and open-source

Install it, and then Right-Click the .ZIP file > 7Zip > Extract to "FolderName\"

That will unzip it to a new folder, in the same directory, with the same name as the original zip file.

Close HEM. Open that folder, copy the files, then browse to \RVG Software\Holdem Manager and paste them in that folder.

regarding holdem manager and sit n gos...does anyone know how to see your "all-in" EV? I know how to see total EV vs real winnings , but how can we graph for only all-in EV??

I purchased HEM back in june 09' Only to have constant problems with it, incorrect field sizes, not recording cashes, not recording some buy ins, not recording rebuys, and generally having to edit everything myself. I posted my problems on the HEM forum to basically be told "edit it yourself" What is the point in me purchasng software I have to edit left right and centre? If I wasnted to do this I would of created my own spreadsheet. i edited things for a while, then the problems got gradually worse and I started having to edit even more stats, and obviously sometimes you do forget. It therefore got to a point where I was like this is pointless, some stats I have forgot to edit and cannot find some of my history, nor should I even have to trawl through HH and edit things myself. My stats were basically inaccurate and me being a stat freak decided if they are not 100% correct then there is no point in having them at all. So now I come back to HEM havin not imported at all for a while to of course find it its totally ****ed. This I find a terrible shame as i paid for this software and would like it to work properly.

I am just wonderng if anyone has had any similar problems and has any advice. I am willing to totally wipe my HEM database and start a fresh if there is a way to fix all these problems and it will actually work. Seeing as I have paid for it I should use it.

Does pokertracker come with as many bugs?

Now I have another problem which concerns in recording videos of me playing tables. I see the hud and i play with stats but when the video is recorded the stats doesn't appear on the video. I play on Stars and I use Camtasia to record. Anybody has/had this problem?
