Please send the files as requested with those details in the email/ticket.

It sounds like it might be this open issue:

Hi there. Is there a reason why i have to send the files? So other players who play this format won't have this issue? It shows the buyin/rake incorrect etc.

So we can be sure it is that issue, and not a new issue, and so we can have more files to test our future fix against.

This randomly happens to some customers with the poker stars client updates. You just need to enable their hand history settings and make sure HM2 is auto importing from the proper folder as explained in this FAQ on our site.

If you continue to have problems:

Please follow the instructions in this FAQ and reply back with the answers to the 12 questions in that FAQ. Those answers should help us quickly identify your issue, skipping questions will just mean we have to ask again in the next email and will delay the resolution of the issue.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

My HM2 just show a few hands(5577 hands) on all reports(without filters), my database size is 2340MB. I already deleted the database, made a new one and imported the hands and the problem persists. I even asked Stars for all my HH from 2017, nothing worked. What should I do? Thanks in advance.

Are you sure you are in the right cash/tournament mode and that you selected the proper screen name and not an alias in the active player/hero menu?

If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link and include a screen shot of what you are seeing in the reports for us to compare our testing results against.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth e.g C:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31 or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in C:\HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.

This is a really stupid question, but I accidentally deleted the winnings graph for cash and I can't figure out how to get it back?

Reports tab > Reports section of the main ribbon menu > More Reports > Cash Results Graph

If you do not see it listed for some reason:

Close HM2
Please delete:

Win Vista/7/8: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Re ports\Graphs\Cash Results Graph.Report
Windows XP: C:\documents and settings\username\application data\HoldemManager\Reports\Graphs\Cash Results Graph.Report

Showing hidden files: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...in+Windows%3F+
Restart HM2 and the issue should be resolved.

In my database I have ~650k my hands and several milion imported hands.
I would like to reduce imported hands so I was thinking either deleting some or exporting mine and some that I want and put in new DB.

How can I find and "manipulate" those imported hands?

In the Database Manager. There you can purge older hands then vacuum the database to reclaim some space. If you are purging a lot of hands it can sometimes be more effective (and faster) to just create a new DataBase and import a small portion of your most recent hands from your \HM2Archive. Many customers keep 2 databases: 1 lifetime database of all hands that they manually import hands to periodically and a live play database that they keep the last 3 - 6 months worth of hands in and periodically purge the oldest hands or recreate and import the last few months worth of hands from. Note that it is best (and faster) to import original hands from the archive versus exporting the hands from one database to import to another database.

Is there a way to list the number of players at the table on the table HUD panel? Did some searching but couldn't figure it out

There is no way to do this because there is no way for us to know how many players were dealt into the current hand. HM2 does not do any OCR Screen Scraping to know what is happening during a hand in real time. We can't know until after the hand was finished and it is imported so if anything like this was implemented it would be 1 hand behind like HUD stats.

Trying the HM3 beta - my hotkeys (Table Optimizer) don't work when the HM3 hud is running. Hotkeys work fine if I click "Stop hud". Any ideas?

I've tried running everything as admin and unticking the HM3 hotkeys (for marking hands).

We would prefer to have all HM3 Beta feedback sent thru support tickets for now. There is a send feedback button on the left sidebar and in the Help menu for future reference.

This is the first I have heard of it affecting TO. A few customers reported this issue with the Stars hotkeys (HM2 HUD would also cause this) but running everything as admin solved it. When you say you tried running everything as admin are you sure you got all of the HM3 processes set to run as admin? There are multiple exe's for HM3 that have to be set.

Please see this FAQ for detailed instructions how to make sure Holdem Manager* has been set to run as administrator - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...7%7D7+%26+8%29

*This is a HM2 FAQ. The files you need to run as admin in HM3 are C:\Program Files (x86)\Holdem Manager 3\
- HM3Hud.exe
- HM3HudProcess.exe
- HoldemManager.Server.exe
- HoldemManager3.exe
If you can't see the extension, turn off the windows option that is hiding that extension - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+

You also need to do the same for your poker site, and Table Optimizer, application main .exe file.

Note, if you are running Windows 8/10 the compatibility tab is most likely not available for PokerStarsUpdate.exe so alternate steps are: right-click, "Troubleshoot compatibility", click "Troubleshoot program", choose 3rd option "The program requires additional permissions, click next, click "Test program" (PokerStars should run), click next, click "Yes, save these settings for this program".

Yes, all those are running as admin. Have added exceptions to Defender/Firewall and restarted just to be safe, still same problem.

It's not affecting all hotkeys - Stars hotkeys work fine, table management hotkeys work fine in TO (layouts, cycling etc). Any hotkey where TO has to click something on the table doesn't work with HM3 hud active - ticking the "leave next bb" box for example. It works as soon as HM3 hud is switched off.

I will forward this for testing next week. Can you send a support ticket via the HM3 Send Feedback button with a link to this thread/post and your forum name so we have an internal support ticket about this issue to make sure that it gets investigated please?

I would like to export some hands to import in new database and I'm wondering, what is the max optimal number of hands that I could select -> save to hard drive without hem freezing or something?
I think last time I did around 500k.

I have intel i7, 8gb, SSD

I really can't say as I haven't tried exporting that many hands from the reports in a long time. Exporting hands from the reports is more resource intensive than using the Database Manager export options/filters i referenced in reply to your recent post on this issue. I always recommend importing original hands from the archive if you are just going by date and not trying to filter and pick/choose specific hands for some reason.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

I am choosing specific hands. I will put most regulars from poker room where I play into 1 alias and then export that alias.

I see. That would have to be done via the reports. I would just use the filters to filter by date so you end up with ~100k or 200k hands and try that and do it a couple different times until you get all the hands exported to be sure you don't crash/freeze HM2.
