I am sorry but that is all I know on the subject. I would try asking in that thread I linked to. I have never done it myself but my understanding is that the alias should be shown in the select player menu as well so you can analyze the alias in the reports, etc.

That thread is closed now.

I closed then reopened HEM2 and the alias now shows so that seems to be the fix. Thanks!

My understanding is we are still waiting on ipoker to update their client so we can properly support speed poker tables in their new software. I asked our QA/Testing Manager to bump the issue with our developers to see if they can find out what is taking so long on the ipoker client development side.

Hello,

I use HM1 to import Ignition hands, (Using the ace poker converter). And for some reason HM1 does not import all of the hands that are converted.

Ex: Ignition hand converter, converted 18 files and 688 hands. HM1 imports 18files but only imports 650 hands.

Any idea on how to fix this? Seems like a HM1 issue not the converter

A) We can not provide technical help for unsupported sites/networks as we do not design our software to work there or test there with all of the third party tools. If you have any problems with HM2 using third party tools, to use our software with unsupported sites, all support will need to be handled by the third party software's support team.

B) We stopped selling HM1 licenses when HM2 was released in November of 2011. We stopped updating for critical bugs and providing support for HM1 at the end of April 2014 so it may not work on your/most sites if they released major updates* since we last updated it - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...mmon+Questions

*I believe the card catcher switched from stars to ipoker format for the hands and ipoker has had multiple hand history format changes since HM1 was last updated.

Hi,
when reviewing hands in the replayer that were played @ CAP cash tables on pokerstars only the full stack is displayed.
Is there no way around this?

You want the stacks in the seat pods to only show the CAP amount you can lose? This is not possible. We read the stack size amount from the hand history file.

Does HEM or notecaddy have a feature where I can display stacks by BB on 888/Party etc Need it for the main events tomorrow. If not does anyone know of software that does this for you, I have stars helper but need it something similar for the other networks.

PartyCaption/888Caption both do this (same type of software as StarsHelper).

HM2 has a few HUD stats for this but it is not a live stat that changes during the hand. It is based on the previous hand history file's ending stack size and blind levels so if the blind levels go up it will be inaccurate at the start of the next hand for the new levels (and as said, won't change during the hand). HUD Settings > HUD Designer > Misc: Big Blinds, Tourney Adj BB and Tourney M.

MY HUD is working on Party/888/Winamax but not on Pokerstars. I'll get the bar load up top of my screen and it just says waiting for hands. When I look through the list of issues in my HEM I see this which I think could be the fault:

When I play on Winamax there's a very random issue with the HUD where it doesn't display the HUD for just 1 player when I sit down at the 3max incognito tables, it's always the player sitting top right. The stats for myself and 2nd villain will appear as normal as it will on the 5max incognito and regular tables. I recall the issue began when I tried to shift the HUD's position, could I have triple clicked on something and made it disappear?

A) Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time.

B) You have to manually check all of the hand history folders listed in the Site Setup > Auto Import Folders menu for each site. If you play microgaming site it could be the gamehistory.dat file causing the issue as that only gets archived when it is a certain size, your poker client is closed and HM2 is left open with the Auto Import process still running.

C) If you continue to have problems:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats', 'AutoImport', 'Import' and 'FastPoker' options and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

Is this at winamax.fr or another winamax skin? We have an old ticket for issues with the HUD on 3max and 5max tables.

Please export your HUD's in HUD Settings > HUD Designer.

Then delete the prefs.xml file in this folder:

Windows 7/8/10, Vista

C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Config

XP

C:\Documents And Settings\[Username]\Application Data\HoldemManager\Config

To see these folders you may have to enable hidden files.

Try to reproduce the problem using the default HUD/settings. If it works properly you can try importing your customized HUD again. If the problem returns after importing the custom HUD then you know that config is corrupted and you will need to delete it and rebuild it from scratch or import an older backup of that HUD config that was created before the corruption. If you have to rebuild the HUD and don't have a backup/export of your HUD from before the corruption occurred you can try to find a similar HUD to use as a starting template from our HUD Repository.

If you continue to have problems please send the requested logs and screen shots in step 'C' of the first portion of my reply so we can see if anything can be done to fix this finally in HM2 and also request a HM3 Beta trial license (include a link to this post/thread and your forum name so we know I authorized a beta trial license) so we can find out if HM3 also has problems on these table types.

I'm fairly sure the HUD is working now on stars, joined a 6max table earlier and appeared so imagine it'll be fine for tournaments.

Did you enable hidden files and folders?

If you still can't see it try it using the following steps instead:

1) Export any custom HUD configs.
2) Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] All Configs > OK
3) Manually reset your Site Setup > Seating Preferences > for your site/seats and any other HUD Settings you had personalized.

If none of that helps send the requested logs/files from step 'C' in the first part of the previous post.

The steps are the same for Win 10 as they are for Win 8.

The FAQ for sending logs I posted a link to in my earlier post has a hyperlink near the end to our support site for creating a support ticket. Our old HM2 FAQs don't always do a good job of highlighting the hyperlinks with a nice dark blue like they should.

After the last hold'em manager update Licensing IPC tester crashes when I open hold'em manager. Hands are still importing but there is no hud when playing at pokerstars. I always run hold'em manager as admin before opening pokerstars as admin.

Are you playing Zoom? Roll back to 8470, unless you are playing zoom at pokerstars.pt, from the link in this forum thread.

Can you tell us which version number of Windows 10 you have installed? You can check the version by clicking the start icon and typing 'winver' and checking the window that opens as shown in the attached image.

Hi Fozzy

I followed the steps in my support ticket about creating more space on my hard drive but it didn't change anything. My current DB isn't even on the hard drive which was full although it seems MEH was cache some stuff on it.

The Hud will load on stars cash tables but not tournaments, I'll PM you a screenshot. I'm fairy certain it's a configuration issue and HEM just isn't importing the hand for whatever reason.
