Thanks. But wouldnt it be a very easy add-on for one of the next updates? Having a possibility to rename all players to their position for example? Cant be that hard.

It has been requested but I do not know when/if it will be implemented.

This is not possible. There is no ETA for when/if more stats will be added to the Opponents tab in HM2. It is not possible to add a stat selector feature to the Opponents tab like we have in the Reports so any new stats have to be added manually, one stat at a time, by our developers.

Hello I have a question, i stopped playing for a while and I still have the Holdem Manager but the old version, and its not importing hands or anything can I get Holdem manager 2 with the same license i got the first one or i have to buy it again? just a noob question but I apreciatte the help.

HUD, HM2, PS zoom: I have 'stack size in bb' in my hud but it won't work. Says 0 for everyone. Has been broken for a while now, any fix? Thanks

That stat can't work on fast-fold games. We get the information for that stat from the previous hand history and on zoom tables no one at your current table was in your last hand most of the time and when you fast-fold the previous hand hasn't finished before the next hand starts.

the HM2 hud stopped working on 888 while grinding. On pokerstars it still works. How can I fix it?

the 888 hands are still autoimporting and the table finder feature did not fix the problem

Are the hole cards showing for each and every hand on the reports?

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ging#startmenu

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...Reporting+Tool
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and zip/attach your \HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue, if all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

I checked and the hole cards seem to not be showing(only the last one is showing).

can I fix it? it happened while grinding.

It sounds like you are having a problem we have seen reported a few times recently. The pacific/888 client fails to write the hole cards for some/most of your hands so then it doesn't recognize you as the hero.

Please see this FAQ to alleviate any security bottlenecks - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...olders+HM2+use

If you continue to have problems, try changing the path in the 888 client where it writes hands to a new folder such as C:\888hands - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...28888%29+Poker

If that doesn't help please disable any antivirus/firewalls, reinstall the software and choose English language during installation if prompted. If that doesn't solve it for some reason please reinstall it again as instructed but make sure you install the poker client to a different drive/partition as one of the customers said it was having problems only when installed to the default path on his C drive and once he installed it to a custom path on his other D drive it worked fine.

Try downloading from this link - http://www.pacificpoker.com/en/download_short.htm

You may have to reinstall the software 3 or 4 times before it starts saving the hands properly with all the holecards.

If none of that helps you will need to ask the pacific support team why their software is not saving the hole cards for all of your hands you play.

Hey. I tried to purchase HM2 small stakes via mastercard but my payment was declined and I got message saying:
"Thanks for your recent purchase at holdemmanager.com. Unfortunately, your payment has been flagged by one of our security filters, please do not attempt to resubmit your purchase. A representative is currently examining your transaction and requires the following to proceed with your purchase:

Please contact sales@holdemmanager.net with the physical billing address associated with the credit card used to make this purchase.

It is possible that your funds have been placed on hold by the card issuing bank, should your transaction be declined it may take between two and four weeks for these funds to be processed and returned. Please note this lag time is due to the card issuing bank and is beyond our control. Please do not reattempt your purchase prior to speaking to one of our sales representatives."

I sent them email and got the same answer again. I don't get what they want from me and what is the problem. How can I solve my problem? They say that I can't attempt to resubmit my purchase, but I need to get software as fast as possible and in mail I got told something about waiting few weeks? I can't wait so long.

Just to let you my problem appears to be solved. Did everything on the lists but was still happening. Then checked that Notecaddy was working ok, and that needed updating. After the update, no more flickering and lagging it seems.

This issue Feature Improvement Request has been documented in detail and provided to the developers but I do not have an ETA for when/if it will be implemented.

Just using standard Notecaddy package attached to HM2

No NC HUD stats, but do have a line at bottom of HUD for NC badges. I haven't customised anything other than auto colour coding

There are no filters for cash game table size. The HUD Filters also do not distinguish between table size, just the number of players dealt into the (previous) hand. There is a Tournament Filter for Table Size but we haven't added a similar cash game table size filter yet.

We did recently add an option to the HUD Settings > Site Options so you can have a HU specific HUD when only 2 players were dealt into the previous hand which is nice for when 6max/fr tables or tournament tables are losing players.
