Cash Games > Reports > Click 'Change' and search your Poker Site name. You can also click the Arrow, that opens a list of previously searched names, and choose Player Search.

Filter > Clear and then Filter > Use for all. Also try enabling the Options > Settings... > Miscellaneous > [x] Auto apply filter changes to all tabs

fozzy,

I was going to PM you, but I'm sure lots of others will have the same question. How soon do you think an update will be out for HEM 1 and HEM 2 to work correctly with the new Merge update?

Thanks.

Importing already works in the latest internal builds because I did some testing on their Beta client this weekend for our parsing programmer. HUD works if you use Table Finder and the HUD developer is working on a proper fix right now. Once we have a proper fix in place I will make sure to post links for our latest internal builds. The official release likely won't happen until the end of this week, or more likely the middle of next week, because we have some other things we want to include in the next official build and we still have to run our full battery of internal tests on all the recent changes since 6866.

HM1 - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa..._04Jun2012.exe

HM2 - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...AutoUpdate.exe

P.S. we are also working on a the cake preferred seating fix in HM1 but the first checkin for that is still a bit buggy so it is not included in the 04Jun link above.

See my post above. For now you have to update to the latest internal and use the Table Finder. Once the HUD developer has fixed that bug it will work automatically like it did on the Merge 5.x client. I don't have an ETA yet but it should be 'soon'.

I think he does that on purpose.

Actually, we were in the middle of a conference call discussing this and other issues when he posted which is why he was a bit short in his reply I think. I waited for the meeting to end before I posted.

I used Table Finder, and it found my table, but it just listed the table in the window with it saying 0/10 players (heads up sng). And the hud didn't pop up (I'm not sure if it's supposed to?). I also did not see the game imported into my database, but I didn't change any folders or import settings since the update.

I also just got this error message before attempting fixing it again on the second game:

'Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.

Index was outside the bounds of the array.'

Also, is this the same update you linked to me earlier in the thread here?
http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/sh...ostcount=28623
Because my version, after updating, still says 1.12.10a.

I'm sorry if it seems like I'm complaining, I'm really not. Just looking to get the issues resolved as painless as possible

Thanks.

So no fix currently for HEM2 on merge?

Pretty much the same issue as JayA. Table Finder found the table but then it reverted back to the number it gave the table on BCP originally. The hud never popped up.

Really appreciate how fast you guys are working on this though.

Are you specifically interested in HM1, HM2, or both? I just sent an email to the Scanner dev since I haven't heard back on my previous email to him about this.

Hands 'should' import fine with the 04June build but it is possible that the parsing changes were pushed after I uploaded that build yesterday. Try this latest build to see if it fixes the importing problem - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa..._05Jun2012.exe

Unfortunately my first tester apparently only tested HM2 and not HM1. I just got confirmation that HM1 HUD is NOT working with the Table Finder so you will need to wait for a new update.

If you continue to have problems with the 05Jun build, enable logging from the HUD options->Table prefs menu. When the crash happens again, go to the logs\log.txt file and move it to another location before you restart the hud. I want to get the 'crash' log.txt file after you finish playing. If you restart the hud before moving the log.txt file, it is overwritten.

Please email them to support@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread and your forum name.

They are both internal updates for 1.12.10a so they are not going to change your version number that you see. The one in the link is 2+ weeks old. The one from 04Jun or 05Jun is going to be the latest internal build for 1.12.10a.

No worries, and I am sorry for the problems to this point. I was only playing on Lock so i can't test on Merge anymore and have to rely on others from our testing team to relay me information as to the success of our internal builds. We will try to get this fixed ASAP for you.

I apologize for the confusion. Read my post above for more details but it looks like I assumed my tester had tried HM1 when in fact he had only tested HM2. We will get out a HM1 build out ASAP but I cant give a definitive ETA yet.

Ok, just installed the latest build, haven't tested it out yet. The new update is what you discussed a few posts back that could be coming out next week-ish?

Thanks again for the quick responses.

Yes, we are hoping to release a new HM2 and (finally) HM1 update next week but I am afraid to make specific promises for obvious reasons.

I can confirm that the HM1 build from 05Jun will import the hands but the HUD will NOT work even with the Table Finder so I apologize for the inconvenience.

It looks like we will have an HM2 build available soon that won't require the Table Finder but the HM1 bug is going to take more time to fix as it will require input from more than 1 developer to resolve.

This build will allow you to import but the HUD will not work even with the Table Finder until the developers do some more work on it - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa..._05Jun2012.exe
