Sorry if this was already asked before...but when I played a Poker Maximus event on RPM earlier, the HUD would not come on...I've played at least 30 tournies before with no problems...checked a cash game to see if it would work, and it did. Any knowledge as to why it wasn't working for that particular tournament? I checked the import folders and everything was normal.

I was one of your biggest supporters. I loved HEM1 every moment I used it. Zoom came out and I was forced to upgrade to HEM2 because you said HEM1 isnt a priority when it comes to Zoom support.

I hate HEM2, its slow, its ugly and very buggy.
And there is no Zoom support 5 days after release, meanwhile PT has a working hud.

Disgusted by this $60 ripoff.

If the hud is not working for special tourney types you may need to use the table finder: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...+not+appear%3F
And please send us the original handhistories for such tourneys and screenshots of the table to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

Zoom is still in Beta but we are working on integration and will release it in the next days.
Where do you have the performance problems?

as far as i understood, zoom will be supported with hm1 after hm2 is working!?

I copied a hand from the Instant Hand History window on PokerStars to a text file, but I'm unable to import it in HM. It says 1 file imported, 0 hands, 0 errors. I know it would be data mining and that's forbidden, but I compared the observed hand with an actual hand I played on the site, and they are exactly the same. How is it possible? HM doesn't know what my screen name is, why won't let me import it?
Before you write anything about data mining, I don't wanna do that, I don't even play on Stars anymore, I just wanted to analyze a few hands played at the high stakes tables.

Ok, I can't delete my post now, but I found out what the problem was. My HM wasn't up to date.

Yes, that is the plan right now but I have no idea how long that might take at this time.

Sorry but I can't find this anywhere, can you tell me how to get a stat for rake in bb/100 please (I used to have it in hem1).

CPU: Intel, Core i5-2500
RAM: Kingston, 8GB, DDR3, 1600Mhz, CL9, Kit Of 2, HyperX
SSD: Intel, SSD 520, 120GB

and want to ask which version of postgresql I should install for best performance? I am using HM1.
Also I made backup for my current database on my old PC and does it matter which postgresql version I have on my old PC (I will import that old database)

Performance difference between SQL versions is negligible. If you are restoring a backup file you need to install the same version of postgresql.

it didnt worked, now I have hud for all players, but there is always few players at table with 0 hands and 0 other stats.

How do I show the winning hole cards in reports in HEM2?

Is it possible that these players are ones you have previously searched under the Current Player menu to review in the past? If yes, we have an open bug for this problem that is proving difficult to resolve because the developers are unable to reproduce it themselves.

These options are missing from HM2 Hands View Column menu. I just wrote the feature request for it last week. I don't have an ETA yet for when it will be implemented but these missing HM1 features are High Priority issues that we will try to get resolved ASAP.

Filters -> Filter by Bet Size -> Preflop Made Bet 4 Bet to Size less than X bbs... doesn't seem to work. It's been a couple of HM2 updates since i reported this and still no fix..... this shouldn't be difficult to code and check. I have found quite a few of these filter bugs and it's concerning that you don't have a proper testing/ checking method before releasing the code to users. Please hurry up and fix!

looks like microgaming did something today, cause HM1 cant import hands anymore (hud wont pop up either) im using 1.12.10
any ideas?

Does hm2 support zoom already? i got error when i tried to import hands? Or can u import zoom hands only while playing? Just bought hm2 holdem small stakes today...

Same here, playing at a microgaming skin, and the hud doesn't work anymore

Before it displayed the results incorrectly which got fixed yesterday, but today no more hud.

Any solution?

I am sorry for the delay in reply. It looks like this fell through the cracks after the internal email I sent and never got documented by our testers to be fixed. I have wrote it myself this time and set it as a high priority bug to try and get it fixed ASAP.

We do not support play money hands but had some reports of play money hands being imported by mistake that we are investigating.

The release with zoom support is not available yet.

We have an internal HM2 update for the Zoom games and it is now in testing against the real money .01/.02 games in the Stars Beta client. We will pass along further information on the timing of the public HM2 update for Zoom as soon as the internal testing is completed
