Looks like the problem happens on some systems. We tested it on different computers and it all worked well. We'll do more investigation. By the way, what internet browser do you use? Chrome?

I don't think it is HI causing the crashes. I was crashing pretty regularly last night so I took the opportunity to test. Running with and without HI, I got the same unresponsive windows and eventual crash.

I was getting Ignition crashes previously any time I tried to use HI, so I'd given up. After the most recent Ignition update 4.53.00, I tried again. Played for like an hour with no other software and had no issues.

When I use Table Tamer by itself, Ignition never crashes. But when I run TT and HI together, I got multiple Ignition crashes in a short period.

I know you can't control all over third party SW, but is there any way to run TT and HI simultaneously without crashing Ignition? Or am I out of luck and just have to pick one?

Confirmed, Holdem Indicator isn't working since latest update....I'm on Ignition.

Restart your computer. Run your Ignition client with Holdem Indicator only (without other software such as the Card Catcher). It should work well.

We just did some improvements, although we're not sure whether it will fix the crash issue on your computer.

Restart your computer and re-install your Holdem Indicator.

Don't run other poker software such as the Card Catcher at the same time.

See how it goes.

I'm getting the blue screen of death every time I run Ignition with HI open. Not running any other poker software like card catcher. Running Windows 10. This actually started happening a couple weeks ago but put it off for awhile.

I just reinstalled HI. Reinstalled Ignition a couple weeks ago after it first began.

We simply updated files on the server. Please re-install your Holdem Indicator. It should work well after that.
