the stats don't reset when someone new sits down. it just keeps counting them as if nobody left.

Restart your computer and re-install your Holdem Indicator. Make sure you open Holdem Indicator before you launch your Ignition poker client.

If the problem still happens, please send an email to the Holdem Indicator support.

Hey John - the new ignition patch doesn't seem to be able to indicate which spot we are at the table, and then we can't use the 'put me here' function if we have a pre-assigned seat. Any feedback?

Hi there. When I am running America's Card Room and start running my Holdem Indicator it causes ACR to crash. An error message pops up on ACR saying that "an illegal action has occured" and to restart the software. SOMETIMES, if I don't click the "close" button in the error message I am able to play my currently running tables w/o any sound, and a lot of other parts of the software don't work, such as the cashier, rewards tab, etc. Has anyone else experienced anything similar to this? I need my H.I> to work properly again. Please help.

I'm running Windows 10 and all software is updated to the latest version.

What if you don't use Omaha Indicator? On my computer, that ACR error message always pops up with or without Omaha Indicator.

To be honest, I never run ACR without OI. I'll try that later. It obviously seems to be an ACR problem regardless. I just posted that I was having the same issue with OI as the previous poster used HI. I'll see if I have the problem without using OI.

It's big mess with the new Ignition/Bodog software. We're doing our best for the Mac version.... Will let you know when it's done.

Hello,

Ive run in to a problem since the most recent Ignition update. I am running Win 10 and I am getting a Dxgmms2.sys error that keeps crashing my computer. This only happens when running Holdem Indicator, so I believe that is what is causing the problem. I have also spoken to another Ignition grinder who is running Omaha Indicator and is having the exact same problem.

I just wanted to post in here to let you know of this issue and see if you can look into it. If you need me to send any logs or anything of that sort, just let me know. Thank you.

I'm running OI on ACR and also crashing when I try loading the site. However, If I load the site FIRST, then open OI, it doesn't crash...if that helps any.. also Win10 and the latest update of OI

I played yesterday 400+ hands and I had a lot of issues with Ignition, but HI always worked. Today HI won't track hands. This whole ignition update has been a ****ing disaster.

I uninstalled HI, reinstalled it and started it before opening ignition and it's working now.

We tested it on a Windows 10 computer. It works well. Can you restart your computer and see how it goes?

Hi,

Is there a way to change the colours for the stats?

I prefer red for low numbers and green for high. It doesn't seem available in the options but is there a hidden config file or anything to do it?
