Since the Chico software update I've been having trouble with the preferred seating option. I have to right click > 'sit me here' on every table. Before the update, I right clicked > 'remember my preferred seat' and I never had to click it again but now I have to click it every time. This is on BetOnline if that matters.

Is holdemindicator.com the official site? Is the functionality of holdem indicator similar to that of HM2 or PT4? In that, does it collect HH's and store them, or do you need a secondary piece of software to do that, like HM2 or PT4?

Holdem Indicator calculates both hand odds and player stats, although it provides less stats than HM2 or PT4. Holdem Indicator collects player stats and save them into its database. And it doesn't need a secondary piece of software to do that...

It's a false positive. You can go to https://www.virustotal.com. Upload and scan pbo2.dll with all anti-virus tools. See https://virustotal.com/en/file/e2af5...is/1474119075/

just got a new setup, and HI is working with ACR, but occasionally causes the ACR software to crash.

sometimes, as soon as i load it up, the ACR software crashes. only about 1/3 the time. anyone have a fix? i emailed support, might have to send them in a error log or something

I've had the same issue and I reported to you guys a couple months ago. Almost not worth using it because mine crashes about 50% of the time.

I primarily play 6man SNGs - is there a way to filter the HUD stats by how many players there are? Like 6handed, 5handed, etc? I'm considering buying iholdemindicator but I'm not sure how useful it would be for SNGs if 6handed stats are mixed in with HU stats.

Unfortunately there's no workaround for tourneys/SNGs. Sorry for the inconvenience. I will pass your message to the developers and see what they can do in future update.

Other developer grabber don't work anytmore on GG network, do yours work and plan to keep it working in the future? Also, I saw GG network is banning players who are using HUDs, we are safe using yours?

Yes, we'll Holdem Indicator working with GG sites. We didn't have any report that a player got banned because of using our software on any site. No worries.
