Cliffs plz? Is this a solution or a potential solution? FWIW, when stacking, new tables steal focus as many as 3 times for me. It is the single most tilt-inducing part of my day.

OK I read OP. Tell your friend I and many others would buy this the day it came out

It's a solution. I stack and new tables never steal focus for me at all.

Where do we go about buying this No Steal Focus program?

Will it work with TableNinja?

It hasn't been released to the public yet.

Yes, it'd work with anything. http://gnum.us/100table/vid.stream.html

If you look around the two minute mark, the No Steal Focus app is loaded. Keep an eye on the TableCounter. You'll notice the table number keeps going up as my registered tournaments keep loading, but I never lose focus.

re: HAY GUYS PokerStars Hjalper Software - Public Beta Released

focus stealing alone for SNGs is enough to generate massive interest I would think.

I'd be real surprised if claims of "AHK is slow" are of significant merit. Although I'll admit I have most often coded things with a preference towards easy and readable, without regard for speed unless it was a particularly cpu intensive task. Many things I imagine are trivial I imagine become too slow when scaled to 100+(!) tables. Personally I'm paranoid enough to happily pay for a computer twice as fast to have code I can read in many cases lol.

Probably not a lot of SNG players follow the software forum. Trust me, it would sell like hotcakes.

Well they linked it from the thread where everyone is bitching about the focus-stealing issue.

re: HAY GUYS PokerStars Hjalper Software - Public Beta Released

For what it's worth I've been playing poker for a living exclusively for about a year now, and played to supplement income in between and during jobs since around 2005. When it comes to playing SNGs on Stars this setup is unmatched in my experiences.

I used to experience very real tilt issues that resulted from simple things like tables opening over a table requiring immediate action, and the annoyance of shifting back to that table, by whatever method. Now the tables are seen for less than a second before being buried into the stack of active tables, no interruptions in actions already made from the controller while another table is in the midst of opening.

Being able to register games, control the flow of gameplay at each table, control which active table is dealt with in which order, because let's face it sometimes a timebank usage is needed or just makes sense.

Much like the OP I've used a ton of existing tools and continue to use a variety of tools for tracking and so on, but as far as comfortable playing standards on PokerStars are concerned, this has taken me to another level. Last year I obtained Supernova for the first time after starting to play full time around March of last year. I was blessed with meeting HAY_GUYS and Gnum some time before this and blessed further in being able to try HG's software once I decided to aggressively pursue playing for a living.

I've already locked in Supernova for 2010 and plan on putting in heavy volume during the month of May, and it would cause me a lot more hardship to do it without these tools. I know that doesn't help those of you asking where to get the suite now, but if enough people are interested in the product I'm sure he'll go through the motions required to take this public.
