I can't open H2N - it just gets stuck "connecting to server..."?

I just installed it and it appears to have a bug already. I clicked on "Database import" which is supposed to open a pop up window I guess, but its not there. I can see it in the task bar and close it there, but I cant get it to be on top of your lobby and therefore not import anything. Windows 10 Home here .. :/ Import File works by the way

So I am attempting too use this software and having a weird issue when it comes to using a "Hand Converter". I THINK it's converting hands to the iPoker format which works fine in HM2/PT4 but for your guys's software it's reading the $money wrong.



Perhaps I have a setting wrong? Any advice? Also these are cash hands not tourney. I wouldn't even come close too over 1.4k hands for tourney players.

I'd like to do a Range Research report on all players in the database. I should make a Color Marker and add all players to it, then use that marker in RR? How do we add players (all or some) to a Color Marker? Newbie question, but could not find any documentation about it.

Is there any hand converters that would allow me to use this with winning poker network?

ok so I upgraded to edge today, entered my registration and everything was fine. I then went to create and activate a new db, and when it restarted it "encountered a problem"

and now it wont open at all, the above happens every time, I have even uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Is there any hope?

edit: I went into hand2note folder and manually ran RestartApp.exe and that might have fixed it.

edit 2: It fixed it until I created a new db, now its stuck again, and RestartApp.exe doesn't work, so I will try to uninstall, reinstall and try again

Can someone please post the steps I need to take to get h2n to work on Ignition, I am using the Card Catcher made by Ace Poker Solutions. I have enabled HUD based on converted HH, switched the converter to convert to stars format, and selected the folder for auto-import.

If you use a handhistory converter, follow these steps:

1. Enable HUD based on converter hand history in Configurator --> HUD:



2. In Configuration -> Hud -> Auto Import add the folder where your converter saves hand histories. (In the settings of your converter you may check where it saves hand histories.) Disable Import from side tracker database

3. Fill in "Hero's nickname" in Configuration ->Rooms

Hand2Note and your Converter as well as poker rooms you should add to exceptions of your anti-virus software and run as administrator.

Is it possible to run this at the same time as PT4?

Yes, it is possible.

Adjust auto import from side tracker's database HoldemManager 2 (HM) or PokerTracker 4 (PT):

a) in Configuration -> Hud -> Auto Import check Import from side tracker database
b) select your working database of HM or PT. Hand2Note will import hands from this database instead of taking it from folders of auto import.
c) ensure that you started HM/PT while playing at the tables and activated selected database in it.

ok sorry to keep bugging you but I am now having a very weird issue. When I first got h2n I created a db off my existing hm2 db, and it is using converted HH's to a pokerstars format, there are some minor issues w/ some stats but overall it will do what I want. I since tried to use a larger one of my existing db's and it loads hands, build stats, but everything is blank (it shows up as being a ~1755mb db but it is empty ) . As a test I decided to create a new db and use the original that worked the first time. It doesn't work now (as a new import, the old one still works) - I am going to try and post screenshots now.

That's allowed in Pokerstars, as the hand matrix are not allowed this is a good way to avoid that restriction

The speed start ~2-3k h/s but it's falling until reach 90 h/s

In the database there are hands from Pokerstars, 888 and iPoker

Been testing H2N for a few weeks now, and I am impressed with the speed and the ease with which the program handles large databases. I sincerely believe you can rise to the top of the tracker market with this product, but I also have some constructive criticism/advice:

1. Make English documentation a priority so that people can get the most out of the program from the day they purchase it.

2. Respond fast to bug reports in the English forum on your site. There's one elaborate bug report there right now about a Range Research problem for big databases that has been unanswered for more than a day.

When power users put in the effort to write up detailed bug reports with log files attached, you should work with them to resolve the problems quickly. Most will be eager to help you locate the bug and test any fix that you make.
