It means that HUDs will work correctly if the converter is able to provide correct data.

Hello, i am playing MTTs on stars/winamax/888poker/ipoker/microgaming/wpn/party.

Currently I have PT4, 888Caption2, PartyCaption.
I understand I still need iPoker Tools, MPN tools, WPN tools, and StarsCation to be able to run H2N?

Do I need any converters also? I saw there is MPN to H2N converter at planetconverter. Do I really need to buy it or I can imoprt MPN to PT4 and then to H2N?

What about winamax?

Yeah I have read that FAQ couple times before asking here and it haven't made anything clear to me anyway. That's why I'm asking. I have read most of FAQ.

So which are known rooms which don't need converter and which are little-known rooms which need converter?
Does any of these rooms stars/winamax/888poker/ipoker/microgaming/wpn/party are little-known and need converter or they are all supported by H2N?

Edit: Is there some FAQ how to setup every room? Did not see it anywhere. Also can be in Russian language if there is more information about that, I can read a bit in Russian.

Currently, Hand2Note supports the following poker rooms(networks) without converters: PokerStars, PartyPoker, Winamax, Winning, iPoker and Pacific Network. You can see all these rooms at the top of the list in Configurator->HUD:



All other rooms in the list require converters. That is always indicated in the room's settings:



Besides, you can also use Hand2Note in unsupported poker rooms if you have found a hand-history converter. In this case, you need to enable HUD based on converter hand history in Configurator --> HUD:

I'm interested at a custom HUD for 6-max hyppers. Unfortunately I'm not fully aware of the hand2note abilities (been using HM2 for ever) and I don't know what I should ask for. Do you have made up packages that I can buy? I noticed you have for a variety of games but not 6-max hyppers in your shop. Can you make me a few suggestions (along with prices if it's possible) that take full advantage of hand2note capabilities? Please note that I play at pokerstars so I want the HUD to be in accordance with their rules.

Can I make my HUD transparent so that it only shows up fully when I hover my mouse over it?

You can only change a transparency of HUD with HUD Editor.

You could use Hand2Note in MPN MTTs if you would found a hand-history converter for MTT.

Hello, i made a bit of mistake when moving HUD stats around in replayer to test my HUD.





You can see in screenshot after MP folds his stats go away and I accidentally put BB players stats in same position. Is there a way to reset all HUD stat positions? Because when I move one players stats they move together all the time. And they stay in same place always.

Please try to remove the file HudDeltas.cg that is located in the folder C:\Program Files\Hand2Note\Config by default.

I'm currently trying the month free trial and can't seem to get hand2note to work. I've imported 50k hands and following the steps for setting everything up. But whenever i go to reports or sessions I just get a never ending pinwheel and nothing ever loads. I do have .net framework 4.6+ and have greats specs on my pc. I've also make sure to into my sn and alias information, but I still can't figure it out. I'd really appreciate your help.

We can't reproduce the problem described. Please, provide us with the additional information.

1. Enable logging in Configuration -> Other Options -> Logging (You can remove old log files in the folder C:\Program Files\Hand2Note\logs to reduce the size of an archive.)
2. Reproduce the problem
3. Archive the folder with Hand2Note and send to us by email to support@hand2note.com with a link to your message on the forum.
4. Please, make a visual representation of the problem. For example, short video or screenshots where we can see a bug. This will help us a lot to reproduce and fix the problem.

I'm building HUD and have couple questions.



1) If I want Raise 1st EP and Fold to 3bet EP stats be filtered by different stack sizes, for example 0-15bb and 15bb+
Then I need to make new stats R1st EP 0-15bb and R1st EP 15bb+
Then Add 1 Row below
Put 0-15bb stats in and put display conditions to 0-15bb
Put 15bb+ stats in and display conditions to 15bb+

Is this correct?

2) I saw in display conditions there is "Hands amount"
How it is working? Is it like I can put stat 3bet SB vs BTN if there is 10 samples from stat, if there is less I can put SB 3bet vs Steal if we have 10 samples, if not then just put total SB 3bet? Or it is total hands on player?

3) If I order custom HUD can I edit it myself later and make pop-ups myself?
