FTP mod (faarcyde from CR'ers uses)

Hi im desperately looking for the FTP table and card mod that Faarcyde from CR'ers uses, ever since i saw it i fell in love with it, here is a screen shot out of one of his vids, so that its a bit more clear which one i mean, since i dont know much about ftp mods, any help would be greatly appreciated!!

thx alot, however id really like the spades to be black and not yellow 
also is there any other way to pay for the table mod thingy, except for paypall (dont have it)
im also having problems logging in / registering to the site where you sent me the cards from, since im non american, i cant choose a "state' while its a mandatory field.

You can PM the designers here or on the website. The designers names should be listed under the mods. They do accept FTP/Stars transfers IIRC.
