If you click on the Flopzilla logo the software will now calculate the chance of the range you've selected flopping two pair.

The tick simply cannot apply to anything preflop.
I'm getting the impression you haven't run across the feature yet where Flopzilla calculates the chance of flopping a certain hand. Please enter a range and click the Flopzilla logo.

I have tried it before.

Is it possible to get a copy of an older version of flopzila before the filters?

I do like the filters and use them quite a bit, but for some things I do, I want to hammer the random button and see some flops, I keep having to adjust the filters the first 4 or 5 times because the postflop filters bear little resmbelence to the red ticks.

I dont think you see it as an issue, but when in some scenarios it is.

If I can also run an older version with the same key then Ill happily do that.

I don't think I even have those anymore.

So what you're basically saying is that it would also work for you if you could store certain settings as standard?

Ok, I'll put that on the to-do-list.

Re: Flopzilla

Hi
A friend has constructed some ranges in Flopzilla and wishes to share them with me. How do we go about this? Is there a file in his Flopzilla folder he needs to send me or can he export whole ranges?
Thanks in Advance.

Re: Flopzilla

(I apologize if this has already been brought up or if it doesn't belong in this thread)

I just started using Flopzilla and I plan on running ranges against these 7 flop types:
-Ace High uncoordinated [A92r]
-High Card (non Ace) coordinated [KT2 two-tone]
-2 High Cards [AQ7r]
-Dry flop [Q72r]
-Wet flop [JT9 two-tone]
-Low flop [852]
-Paired flop [993]

Is this the kind of stuff you guys have been doing?
Are there interesting board textures that I've left out?

Being a newbie at poker I too would be interested in how the more experienced players amoung you use flopZilla to help improve your game.

So the more suggestions the better please.

Thanks Guys

Re: Flopzilla

Hi tomtom,

Type "using flopzilla" into youtube and you'll find a great video (34 minutes long) about how to maximize flopzilla.

I'd like to take a systematic approach which is why I posted my question before. Drilling the most common scenarios seems like the best way to learn. Any of the veterans of this program have any useful pracitce methods involving flopzilla?

Re: Flopzilla

My advice: Don't try to learn too many scenarios at once (you will not remember everything once you're playing at the tables).

Learn a few scenarios (memorize the number of possible combinations for each hand strenght). Then play keeping those combinations in mind until the knowledge comes automatically in corresponding situations and you know how to use it to your benefit. Then learn more.

Re: Flopzilla

Thanks for input. I just want to make sure that I’m following.

As an example of your suggestion:
5% Range against an unconnected ace high board (A92r)

3 sets
24 top pair
24 pocket pair below top pair
4 no made hand

You choose to memorize combinations instead of percentages. Does that make it easier (more useful) since you begin to visualize ranges instead of just numbers or is it simply a matter of preference for you?
