I have installed the program and the timer worked for a while, but after moving it for a couple times it disappeared and never came back again.

I am not 100% sure what you are asking. EasyStreet is compatible with PT4 and HEM2, and yes it works with zoom.

It enables you to define a set of HUDs in PT4 (or HEM2) and it will handle auto switching between them i.e provide automatic street by street HUD switching.

It does this without any use of OCR.

Im having the same problems as the poster above with emails coming back with an error message. Do you have an alternative email adress? Im not able to send pm here yet.

Unfortunately, we can't give an ETA at the moment.

There doesn't seem to be any technical reason why it wont be possible to enable EasyStreet Timer HUD to support them, but it isn't something we have looked at yet. I will add it our to-do list.

Bought this few months ago, but only have time to try now.

So I set up 3 huds using HM2,
preflop, srp postflop, 3betpot postflop.

Set up 3 hotkeys f1, f2, f3.

Click the green button to enable.

During game, when i type f2 or f3 the hud doesnt change.
What did i do wrong there?

Regarding the green button, you may have gotten this right, but the way you have written it, it sounds as if you are disabling HUD switching. When it is green and says "ENABLED", it is already enabled. If you click it while it is green, it will turn red and say "DISABLED", and you have disabled HUD switching. Click it again to turn it green.

When you get the message (along with a beep) that says a HUD control was not found in this window, that means that you pressed your hotkey to switch HUDs when some other window was active other than the poker table window. The message that pops up will be in the center of whichever window had focus when you pressed the hotkey. Focus needs to be on the poker table window for which you intend to change the HUD when you press the hotkey. That's how it knows on which table you want the HUD switched.

ok so when the button is green with the word 'enable' means it's already active, so when i clicked the green i am actually deactivate it?

It actually says Enabled. But yes, when it is green it is active, when it is red, it is deactivated.

My timer worked just fine for the longest time and now the past 3 days or so it hasn't worked at all in any format i play (6m cash hyper, 9m cash hyper, 18m turbo, 9m turbo, 6m turbo), any suggestions?

What buy-in limits are you playing those SNG's ? Also, what do you mean by "cash hyper"? If you aren't comfortable posting this info publicly, please PM instead.

And sorry about that, I play both the 25bb 'cash hypers' and the 10bb 'sat hypers;' knew that the timer didnt work for sats hence why i said cash hypers

We don't seem to be able to replicate the problem. PM has been sent via 2+2 on the best way to get in contact with the developer.

For those users who might suffer a similar problem, it appears that jdawg91 Timer HUD accidentally got moved off the table.

We will be adding a "restore default location" in the configuration menu with the next release and we advice users try this option first should they experience a similar issue.

Does it support snap poker on 888.com ?

Automatic switching and Time HUDs only currently work on Pokerstars.

Manual switching and other hotkeys work on all sites/games that PT4 and HEM2 support.

How many different GUIs are configurable? Only 1 per street so in total 4?

I am not 100% clear what you are asking. Per profile, you can set one HUD per street, yes, but you can have different profiles that you can setup and use.
