As far as obscuring the timers go, I like the horizontal layout. I think if you removed the grey bar or made it transparent we could see the timers maybe? You might be able to get away with decreasing the height of the indicators above it as well a tiny bit.

If it still shows the question mark you can mouse over it and see the player number. However if it shows the image of the player type it doesn't display the player number just the player type. Also personally I don't care if it shows _random_numbers after the player number. I just want to know the seat. I think it is much cleaner to not show the random numbers. That could be a option in the hud setup. Some people may like it and some not.

When you are trying to look at the stats in the dashboard and you are sorting by NetWon or anything it resets the ordering each hand which is kind of frustrating. It should just keep the order you choose possible reset if you change tabs. Also you can click three times on a column and the arrow changes up, down and then goes away. Whats the third click do?

Is there a way to see how much $ player is up or down since they sat down? Tried to configure my HUD with that stat and couldnt find it.

The grey bar is there for a future feature that is coming out here soon. I believe even next build. It's going to be bumper stickers that will go over that bar to indicate different player lines/actions they take, kind of like "badges" more or less.

Yes, agreed. When a player type is added, the mouse over for the player ID goes away. I'm going to have them change this. There's also several new pop-ups that will be going in that will have this info as well. They just aren't in there yet, but will be here soon.

I believe that just happens if the tables are running and updating stats. Once you're off your tables, it shouldn't do this, unless I'm missing exactly what you're saying.

First click is biggest negative amount, second is largest positive amount, and third click is absolute value.

Yes it does only happen when updating stats. Sometimes like last night I find my self reviewing biggest losing hands and what not while playing. Makes it hard when the ordering keeps changing.

Also I had a question about upgrading. If I purchase one tier and then decide I need to upgrade to the next tier later, how does the pricing work?

One other thing I forgot to mention. It would be really great if the upgrade feature worked in the software when there was a new release available or notified you in someway when you started it up.

No, you can only find this data by entering the player name into DH. It's a stat we're adding in some of the pop-ups though. So it will be in there soon.

As far as pricing, it's just like the site says. We're not pigeon holing you into things you don't need. You can update at any time, and it's just the cost difference of the upgrade. So from micro to small stakes for example would be from $10 to $30, $20 difference to upgrade.

One of the cool new little features in the latest update is the remaining stack amounts in the hand exporter. It's the little things that matter. But I would get lazy giving advice in forums and not want to do the math in some spots.

For some reason profits are way off. Im not up 17k$ in just 230 hands, more like 1k$. Ignition here. Solution?

Won 312.23$ in one hand, DriveHud shows Net Winnings of -29,062.00$ (lost).

I don't know. I've not had anyone or seen anything on our side where a profit was off. I assume you're playing Omaha? Can you send us a log and I can tell you what's going on? Click on the settings button at the top right -> Support tab and just send a message and it will send the log.

We've run several hundred hands internally now and not seen anything like that or haven't had anyone report that who has used it this point, so I'm not sure why that would be. But if I get the log I can tell you exactly what's going on. Thanks.

Got it. The log you sent has you importing original hands from ignition. It doesn't support importing that, at least not yet. Drivehud will grab hands for you in real time from the site, but it can only import data exported from itself right now. That's why whatever you did get in is way off and won't match what you say on the site for your winnings.

Ok, thanks. How exactly do I get rid of those hands? Just tried uninstalling the software completely and deleting all the remaining files from the directory before installing again - old hands do remain.

Just to be clear you can indeed see the player number by hovering over the HUD as long as it displays the question mark. As soon as the question mark changes to another icon you can no longer see what the player number is.

A possible fix would be to append the player number at the beginning of the tooltip. IE "P2: Tight aggressive"

Also, today I added a comment to a player at one of my tables and the HUD for that person moved toward the middle of the table immediately thereafter. The HUDs for the other 8 players remained in the correct spot. The player HUD with the note, however, was no longer in the correct spot on the table. Even after that player left and a new person took their spot the HUD was still in the wrong location.

The latest update has fixed the issue I was having with the grid snapping in place to the stats. It still doesn't always close properly though (have to use Task Manager to close) and occasionally DriveHud will become non-responsive yet the HUD continues to update.

When I restart HUD I lose current session's stats on Bovada, whereas using Card Catcher (with HM2/PT4) I can restart and keep previous data. As such (because of freezing issues), can DriveHud be used on BetOnline but turned off for Bovada when both sites are being played?

I don't get coloured stats with BetOnline, only Bovada. Is that normal?

When I re-position on screen by moving the HUDS, can that be saved, or can I only move and save stats from the main client?

Overall, it look great, but just a few teething issues it seems.

What version of DH are you using? I think #1 might be because of a Omaha rake issue that was fixed. It's hard to say for sure w/o seeing a log. If you send a log from the settings menu at the top left, I can tell you for sure.

2) There's only a forum (like 2+2) export right now. You have to right click on a hand in the hand grid, and then click export. Raw HH's export will be added soon.

DH not closing is really strange. I've not seen it on any platform and haven't heard of anyone having this issue. Did you send a log into support? I'd love to see what's going on there because we've run a good amount of setups at this point and have never seen that happen even once.

As far as turning it off for one site, no. I was trying to think of some work around. I assume because you want to run the catcher. I assume you mean you stop and start HUD? Maybe there's a resource issue going on w/ your system, and possibly also some registry issue. Something odd is going on because it should just close and flush. I haven't heard of either of these issues in this thread or support. If you go to the settings menu up top, and click support and send that log I can probably tell you better what's happening.

As far as no colors on BOL HUD, there's no default color ranges for that HUD. You have to add them, but we're going to be putting up some color range ones soon in our forum that you can import also.
