This is super bizarre since we don't use any table scanning or image processing to attach the HUD. I asked the development team the other day how this would make any difference and they said it shouldn't.

I assume this is on Ignition since that's the only site w/ issues since their update. Reboot... make sure that drivehud is up and loaded before Ignition, and make sure you're waiting one full hand to be played.

I'm using the trial. I'm not able to get it working with Ignition. Is anyone else not able to get it working on Ignition? Does anyone have any suggestions? I am able to get it working on Poker Stars.

I rebooted, loaded drivehud before ignition, and waited a full round. Still no luck

It's hit or miss for me. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling after adding the exception to my anti-virus. The HUD is usually loading, but after the first disconnect I have the stats stop updating

I'm dumb, how do you allow drivehud through windows defender? Don't think I have a virus scan running either. Can't figure this out. Checked the file directory and the drivehud.exe is not there. Thanks

Have you tried basic troubleshooting like rebooting?

We're going to have a new build here to try and address any remaining issues from the Ignition update last week.

DC's after ignitions latest update, this might happen. Before we could just recover the stream. Now it's 20 different streams which change because of chrome. You'll have to click stop and then start on the HUD if this happens. We're working on a solution so it will work like it did previous to their update last week.

In the results reports there's ROI, and you can add this to any report by right clicking on a report header and selecting this option. Total net profit is show by MTT type, and we're adding another total summary so you can see all combined.

As far as Ignition/Bodog, it's never gone away. They have changed names and moved sites, but it's always been around.

In terms of discount on renewal, it's only $5-$10 to renew depending on your license, and we don't have any discount options on that.

Ok, I see where there's ROI by tournament buyin, but there's no way to see your total ROI. I tried going to the Poker Site tab and adding ROI there, but it's not one of the options.

I was also curious about whether there's a way to easily export hands to HM2. I like the HUD but I miss the graphs and features of HM2

hmmm....so i load up up bovada and Dh xxx98 doesnt load onto the table? not sure i know its only been up again poker on bovada this week? idk will keep an eye out for more infomation...i still have it running on ignition but looking forward to running on bovada again with the rewards system they have going now

so this morning i notice that blackchip isnt quite working right so i find that java and flash need update? did that but Dh still not quite right with igntiion beta version xxx98...........the hud info not over the tabe at all and seems to attach to random window like the lobby window or the popup that says game about to start?

Yeah, we're keeping the price point as cheap as possible. Because of some of the sites we support that require sometimes pretty intense update process (like the last 2 ignition updates, this one being the worst), we have a small annual renewal. It's the only way we could support these sites and make it developmentally possible.

Total ROI isn't in there. Like I said we're adding an option to insert a bottom total here soon.

I don't know about easy export, I haven't tried w/ every site, but there's a raw export, but it's only individual hands.

If it wasn't for this Ignition update, we'd have already launched our new graphing module, that has custom set pop out graphs as well. It was about 90% done, but we've had to move multiple people onto this Ignition update which has been 24/7. There will be some really nice new graphing coming soon. You'll be able to flip graphs on their axis and easily set the X and Y w/o several point and click graphing lines.

Player X-ray is just about first beta as well. That hasn't slowed down.

It works... if you have the latest DH version. It's not perfect, but once a HUD is on table, you can force the table size to be whatever it is. The main problem is it can't read table size anymore. We're working on work arounds for it. So it treats everything on Ignition as full ring. So if you're FR player or playing regular MTT's it a non issue. Any shorter table size, you have to click on the DH logo, and select, treat as... (table size), and then next hand it will align properly.

As far as attaching to non tables, send me a screenshot to support. I'll take a look. This Ignition update is really a mess. I haven't seen anything like it in 10 years of doing poker software.

It's not in the immediate list, but I have a long list of new stats that are planned to go in. I have to tie up 2.5 developers on this Ignition thing, but once we get that fully resolved, we're putting in some new graphs and stats.

Any specific stats you want though, I add them to the list, so don't be shy. They will get in there.

I just designed a new tournament HUD as well that we'll be adding in that I think is pretty slick.

Is there anyway to add a stat that gives you average preflop raising sizes per BB?

Hmmm... I'll have to see if there's a way to create a filter for this. I'm honestly not 100% sure. There's not a default stat for it though.

Is Drivehud working well for people right now playing 6max cash on Ignition? Is it working better than the Cardcatcher, PT4 combo? By working, I mean are the hud stats lining up correctly with the seat numbers when playing multiple tables?
