All of your player data is stored under HERO for Ignition. It will track all of YOUR lifetime data / stats, but for opponents it can only capture in session stats. So just make sure your screen name is set to HERO from the drop down and you'll be all good.

I'm not sure which version you went from, but you can always select your HUD options on the table from the DH logo. Maybe it just changed your default one, but your old one should still be there.

The color coding for the hand ranges has always been the same. Nothing changed there in terms of the color. So unless you removed the colors in one of your HUDs, nothing is different there. It's hard to say more w/o seeing, but first step is right click on the DH logo on table and try some of the other HUDs. Then you can edit what you want from there if need be.

A lot of the issues I was having were addressed and I want to thank you and your team for addressing them so quickly. I'm still on my trial, but will be purchasing for sure. Excellent customer service is a huge plus in my book. Keep up the great work!

Just purchased Drive hud i can seem to figure out how to get the second computer working. I cant find my product key anywhere and there is no account log in. Can someone help me out please? Thanks

this update u posted in didnt come thru on the software? not sure maybe tomorrow it will? anyone else have issues with IGNITION tonight? dont know if its DH or ignition but was in a sng and had to close dh and close sng and reopen to get cards going again?

On Bodog/Ignition:

When I resize my window, the HUD does not resize with the window. Any suggestions for fix?

You can get your key anytime from this page:

Your trial should at least install and then you just enter your serial.

It's not an auto update as of now. We'll have another one here soon though.

Likely a random issue w/ Ignition. I haven't had any reported issues that I've seen or support has alerted me about.

You stumped me on this one. I haven't seen it not re-size. Any way you can send a log from your support tab? Click on the send advanced log. I can have someone take a look at it. It should just re-size.

I've entered my email and i don't receive anything back.

I'm a little put out at the fact i have sent 2 emails to customer support and yet to get a response. I don't feel like i should have to come to a forum to get answers or responses.

I'm going to chalk this up to everyone is in Vegas for WSOP and that's why i havn't received the kind of CS i expect..

I'm unable to import hands from WPN, even after the new update. DriveHUD detects that the "Save Hand History" option isn't checked in the settings of the poker client, when it actually is. The hand history files are there, but the program crashes every time I try to import them.

No worries, it happens. Thanks for coming on here an explaining that you were helped.

If it's gmail, click on the not spam box, and /or add us a safe sender. Gmail is suddenly causing issues, and I have to look into it when I get back into the country.

Not really. That would be a new one. Can you click on the support tab in that settings screen and send us a message. It will attach your log (don't click send advanced log). Just keep send log checked though. I'll have someone take a look... thanks!

For ACR? Which site specifically? What version of DH are you using please?

Yes it's for ACR. I'm using the latest version. I was also having this problem with the previous version before I updated.

Click on settings in drivehud (upper right), click on site settings. Select ACR from the drop down. Remove any directories that are not hand directories for ACR. If you're unsure if you have the correct directory, you can send a log from the support tab and support can look at let you know. Auto detect usually works, but if it's not locating it we need to manually see where your location is and add it.

I had the right directory selected. I tried importing a smaller number of hand history files at a time, and that seemed to do the trick. When I selected too many files, the program either crashed or displayed a fatal error that the destination array wasn't long enough. The only thing I noticed after successfully importing was that the dates for my sessions were incorrect.
