Newb question: While playing, how do I tag a hand for review later. This is my 2nd day using Drive and I can't figure it out.

Yeah, gotcha. Haven't really thought of it honestly. I haven't heard of anyone wanting or needing that before. It could be something we add, it wouldn't be hard of course, but we do have a long priority list of tasks right now. So if we did it, it wouldn't be very soon.

Right click on the Drivehud logo at the top of your table, and select tag hand. Then those are displayed when you select the tag hand check mark at the top of the hand grid in the dashboard or tournament tab.

Not sure if this has been addressed or not but does drivehud not support wsop satellites on WPN? I have talked to another user and they also say the hud does not show up for any wsop sattys? Seems weird, can you let me know whats going on before noon today? Thank you.

I recently heard there was an issue w/ some of their new wsop satellites. I haven't been able to confirm this yet, and I don't have any hand histories. If I can get a HH I can check, or I'll be able to have the developers check monday. I'm assuming it's some kind of header issue w/ them, but I don't know for sure as this was just brought to my attention yesterday.

This is mainly a performance update. Specifically on sites like Ignition and BOL (although it will help on all sites), if you saw some lag anywhere, this update is to address a bug with some HUD and bumper sticker layouts that were loading unnecessarily. Especially if you went from an older version of DH, you could have seen that. You should see significant improvements speed / performance wise in this build.

is there anyway I could talk you guys into putting in custom hand tag? I do like the choices but to have the option to make our own tag is/would be good too?

We'll add an option to create custom tags. It's just not the highest priority atm honestly. There's lots we're working on, things like custom graphing is going to happen before custom tags. We're adding a lot more sites, and after this holiday break is over, we'll have a ton of new built in HUD profiles as well.

We do have the custom tag creation on our to-do list though already.

There's a ton we want to do and will get to. And we always appreciate the feedback and suggestions because it helps us gauge what people see as important and really want.

Yes, absolutely. Like I said, always let us know what you want because we always take note and discuss new feature requests as a team. It's on the list, but obviously we can't get everything done at once. We'd love to and support is growing, and that's great. We just added another developer last month.

I thought betcoin was WPN. Do you know what network it is? I don't seem to have it on my list.

I have been grinding micros cash games on WPN for the past few weeks and was using PT4 so I hadn't had the benefit, until tonight, of seeing all of the additions made in the past few months. Of course, I love the heat maps. I don't think you could like online poker and not like those. Things are definitely moving in the right direction and I like that you include practical built in statistics like double barrel % so that we don't have to go and program a condition.

Get the apps section moving along and keep expanding upon the open source nature of the forums where you allow people to share customizations of huds, stats, reports, etc. That's really excellent stuff. Custom deck and replayer themes would be awesome, too.

I'm absolutely loving using this HUD on BetOnline. Loving. I also really like the customization options and can't wait to dig into them deeper. As you see in the photo, I do have one irritating problem, though. Look @ the preview: It shows up with the entire hud box in a huge straight line. I can't get it to "word wrap" no matter what I do. You see above that, it shows up under the mock table with players correctly. In the preview, it doesn't all fit nicely in a box like that (which is what I want, obviously). It just shows up in a huge, straight line. How do I fix this?

edit: It even displays correctly in my replayer. The only place it doesn't show up correctly is in the preview window and, of course, at the tables in real time, where it counts.

Hello, I purchased Drivehud on your website. After i purchased I saw a link that showed me my license number but I did not receive and email with my license key, nor do I see any way to log in to the website to retrieve my information. Is there anyway to recover my license keys or do I have to email support?

T) Line Insert – Click on this to insert a new line indicator into your HUD. It will show a small blank line between your stats. This will create a line break in your HUD. To remove this line break, drag and drop it back into the HUD Stats section.

It won't drag and drop. Everything else will except the line break

yea i noticed that also. you do not drag and drop. when you double click that icon it adds a small gap that you then re-position. it is in the section that shows the stats you added.

OK, so I'm late to the party and I haven't had time to read through this entire thread. Hopefully I'm not rehashing old stuff here. I've only been using this a couple of days now and generally it seems to be working fine. No complaints and I'll be buying a license shortly. I've had a couple of questions answered promptly by support, which is encouraging in itself, but that leads me to make this post on a couple of observations.

Firstly, a very minor feature request - can the player profile icons and bumper stickers be added to the dashboard so that when browsing through the players there's a quick visual without having to resort to looking at all the stats? I like those features on the HUD when I'm scanning around the table and I think it would be handy to have them on the dashboard too.

The second thing follows on from an answer I had from support regarding a question I had. I noticed that if I start a new session then all other players stats are cumulative from their entire history, but mine was always reset at the start of the session. Turns out that this is by design, which is fair enough I guess, but the reasoning I got made me start thinking.

If others are also running DriveHUD, then their perception of my session would be clouded by past session data wouldn't it? And since I'm running DriveHUD my perception of their play would be clouded by that past data? So what I would like to see on the HUD is a players overall stats and their current session stats as a comparison. That way you could easily tell if a player was running tighter or looser than normal for example. Not necessarily on tilt but just different than you've seen them play before.

I'm only a novice although I've been playing off and on for many years, so I haven't got to grip with any kind of playing strategy. I'm hoping DriveHUD can help me solidify my game but right now I only need the simplest of information on the HUD while I learn what all the other more advanced stats can do for me. It does look to be a great product for that, so a big thanks from me!

It's not responding at all to my double clicks, either lol. This is ridiculous. Where's FreakDaddy? I can't play with a 5" horizontal line of stats below every player lol.

I've thought about it, too and this is the kind of stuff that makes PT4 still the choice of pros. There's just a little popup window that shows "this session/overall" when you hover over any stat in the vector HUD or any popups/pullups you have set with your HUD. It's definitely (PT4) still the standard to go by and why, at this time, I wouldn't even consider using anything other than it on WPN. We're not even getting into notetracker and leaktracker, either.

Can't figure out the line break either when making my own hud. Just a long single line of stats.

Edit: The line break is located at the bottom of selected stats. It's barely noticeable. Just drag it between the other stats.

If you figured it out, can you post how? lol ...
