so tried just a few minutes ago to open BOL with DH open and BOL crashes
i know htis has been an issue before after a BOL update could this have happened again maybe? was working fine yesterday if thats any help!!!

did this and it fixed the empty stat boxes but the replayer still steps forward very slowly and on live tables my net results (in the bar graph) is inaccurate.

btw, you guys are doing a pretty good job addressing these issues. I know its a lot of work.

Hi I'm using sports betting poker, I'm running into issues. When I click run HUD it immediately crashes my client. Any remedies available?

Same here. I believe it has to do with the new update. Hopefully they fix it soon.

I can confirm, 100%, that the DriveHUD is causing the BetOnline client to crash since the BetOnline update last night. I've trial'd and error'd everything else and BO runs fine until you load DriveHUD. The client immediately crashes then. Just wanted to make you guys aware.

i can tell you when chico network updates it has caused TEMPORARY issues with Dh running but can assure you ACED is on top of the situation and indeed will have resolved ASAP!!!!!

I love DriveHUD on BetOnline, too but to be honest...this should have been resolved already. It's going on 24+ hours. You know if PT4 went down on WPN it would be fixed within a few hours, tops.

edit: Just checked again at 4:35pm EST. No updates for DriveHUD and it's still crashing the BO client.

Guys... like I've said in other threads, we are working on this. Sometimes these fixes are a couple of hours, and we've always (for over 7+ years now) delivered timely updates. This is not one of those updates. And we made a decision to do a major re-code on one part to avoid any minor updates causing an issue.

We haven't had an update cause an issue since Nov of last year w/ BOL. We have fixed the issue already, but the problem right now is the team needs to re-code a lot of commands. So I don't anticipate it being up as an update until tomorrow (maybe later tonight).

But I can assure you the entire team has been working in conjunction to get this done day and night right now. And when the update is ready it will be up as an auto update.

Anyone having problems with Ignition crashing? Mine just keeps crashing where the timer runs down to zero then nothing...never resumes, have to close the whole client and restart it. It's not my internet because it has happened while I was streaming with no interruption to the stream.

I've seen a few reports of this in the Ignition support thread on 2+2. It's not Drivehud related, I can assure you of that. It's something that is on their server side that has happened periodically since they made the switch the Ignition.

Ty for your support. I promise you that it will take a little longer to do this, but will be worth it long term. As a poker player, I of course hate it in when a site I want to play on can't track.

I'll update in here when I hear more. Right now they have all the core code in place, so the hard part is all done. They completely changed where they are intercepting the data because BOL changed the commands completely. The new process will be less effected by changes in the future.

Ok cool...just switched to Ignition so must have been coincidence it didn't happen until after the update. No worries and thanks for the response.

New to DriveHud, having trouble importing my hands from ignition. I point the program to my directories and nothing works. Neither raw or converted histories work. Is ignition import supported?

You are referring to the player name ID pop-up correct?

There's no hand history import support for ignition. You just open Drivehud, open and ignition. There's no settings to do to run it. It's plug and play after install. You need to wait for a full hand to play before you'll see the HUD.

DriveHUD still down for BO? Wow.

If you already updated to the beta build, you'll want to update to the one above .1407. Otherwise, I'd stay w/ the main release build for now .1305.

Thanks for your patience. That's one of the most complicated updates we've had to do since I've issued updates to support over 10+ products over the last 7+ years of doing poker software. The developers worked their butts off, and put in long hours. I'm very proud of their teamwork and effort on this.
