It's fine for me on 6 and 9 handed tables. Might not on hu but I don't recall.

So by not update, you mean it's changing HUD positions. Are you using the sit here function, or just taking whatever seat BOL is giving you?

Since they removed the preferred seating, there is the sit here function, and we auto detect that position when it's chosen. I haven't heard or seen a bug here so would love to know more, thanks.

1. I ran into a problem playing an MTT on Ignition today - I was moved to a new table mid tournament and a couple stats of players at the previous tables were kept for players on the new table although those players were not actually on this new table (100% triple checked that my old table didn't break and those players just happened to move with me - which of course happens sometimes). Oddly enough one player was in the 7th seat on the old table but the HUD thought he was now in the 8th seat on my new table - so it wasn't a non-refresh issue of the HUD since it was re-positioning to a new seat but not for the same player.

2. Which brings me to a suggestion/minor inconvenience : For MTTs (Ignition) if you were to somewhere say what player number this HUD is for as a peace of mind/confirmation that the HUD has working for the right player would be very nice.

Other than that I'm loving the Drive HUD and appreciate all the hard work ya'll are putting into this- it's looking great!

Yeah I use sit here. On every other table the hud positions automatically switch.

Every message is tagged and answered in support. Can you PM me with your e-mail please, and I will have someone from support get you the info you need.

1) What version are you using? This shouldn't be an issue anymore. There was an issue w/ their new update that caused this again, but it should be resolved.

2) The first part of the player id P(seat number)_(random number) is their seat number. So P152_8943309... is seat 152. On all mouse overs on the HUD you can see this.

Sorry, missed this. By default it stores them here:

C:\Users\(user name)\AppData\Roaming\DriveHUD\ProcessedData

You can click on settings at the top right, and then site settings and you'll see where for each site. Keep in mind Ignition / BOL does not store hands. Everything is caught internally by Drivehud. Sites like pokerstars, ACR, etc... that send hands they will process and store in the above folder by default.

2. I think my first issue was also causing this issue as well- since the players weren't matched up to the right HUDS, their ID's obviously weren't matched up either (although I didn't know they should be at the time). Glad to hear this has already been implemented.

Post Ignition's update there were 2 updates, and this last one addresses the issue you described.

Last minute snag in the beta run. We have a long run of tests before we release, and there's a migration issue they need to address and fix. There's 2 migrations happening w/ this build which isn't something we've done before, so they're just making sure every scenario is covered and tested. It will be very soon, and I will post it in here.
