I have two new-ish issues that have persisted through the last few updates: When I select a former play session to review individual hands it deselects that session and reverts to the most recent session. This prevents me from looking at any hands played before my most recent session.

The other is sometimes when closing a table on BetOnline the hud boxes on 1 or 2 other random tables will reposition beside the wrong players. I have to either manually drag them back where they belong or restart DriveHUD completely. This happens a couple times per hour.

I still have not heard back from support regarding a few issues dating back to late January. Nothing in Junk/spam/alternate inboxes; I use the search feature within my email navigator and there's nothing since 1/30/17 from Brian.

Hello, I have been using this software for a couple months and its pretty good. I would like to ask if its possible(or if it will be a feature) to make the HUD transparent until you hover over it?

Sorry, I copied this from developer notes. It should say tournament hand export. Whole tournaments are not exportable, but it is on the docket to do.

Well, both of those issues are new to me, and I haven't seen or heard of them before so I will take a look more. Your first issue seems super odd since this is pretty common (something I do all the time myself), and I've never seen it function like that. I'll look into both. You PM'd me and said you'd send your log so that will be helpful.

But since you've said this twice on here now about not getting responses, I think something is happening on your end, because both times now when you've said this your tickets are responded to. And I mean we can't not respond to a ticket in our system. See screenshot below. These are all the tickets I have from you, all responded to.




But yeah, send me what you do have and I promise we'll look into it more.

In the HUD tab, click on the paint looking icon at the bottom right hand side. At the top there's a slider for opacity. Just slide it to desired setting, and you can see a preview of it on table.

What I mean is, can I make the HUD transparent until I mouse over parts of it, making it opaque

essentially the hud would be almost hidden unless i want to mouse over parts of it to see. This is possible in some other HUD software and was wondering if it is or will be in this software

Yes... you do it by doing what I explained above. Did you try it?

In the HUD tab, click on the paint looking icon at the bottom right hand side. At the top there's a slider for opacity. Just slide it to desired setting, and you can see a preview of it on table. You can make it invisible by doing this until mouse over.

I suppose I am having an issue then, because when I change the opacity it will stay that same level of opacity no matter if I mouse over it or not

Im using the HUD on ACR and Ignition. Thanks for your help

I attempted to send this via DriveHUD support button but I got "failed to send message". I attached a new email address in any case; still don't know why the hotmail wouldn't work as I don't have DriveHUD as a blocked sender.

The images show HUD boxes in the wrong places; they moved to the wrong spots on their own in between hands leading to mis-reads from time to time. If I wait long enough it fixes itself, or I can move them and then move them back again when it fixes itself. This happens a few times in a 1 hour session and only 1 or 2 tables at a time.

The other issue of being unable to select previous sessions I figured out the cause - if I have DriveHUD open and running on any tables, even if i'm not sitting at any of them, it wont let me see any session other than the current/most recent one. Intended?

I think it was a misunderstanding. I think you want it do it's transparent, and then on mouse over, everything is at 100% opacity again. No, it doesn't do that. On mouse over you'll see pop-ups, but the main stats don't change back to 100%. It's definitely something we can add though.

Your last issue makes sense. It's still importing data and updating those rows. Just click the stop HUD button and you can avoid this.

The HUD moving is pretty strange though. I suspect maybe preferred seating isn't setup correctly. Some setting is askew, so it's just a matter of figuring out what, but that seems like the most likely culprit. Go to settings at the top of DH and check your preferred seating settings for BOL.

With your e-mail, can you delete all of your files in this folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ace Poker Solutions\DriveHUD\Logs

If you still have that HUD issue, then try and re-send a message to support from the form. I'm guessing your logs got too big.

Ah I see. I would really like this feature for when I have to make my tables rather small, as even a small hud can get in the way then.

I do not see preferred seating within settings anywhere, I would expect it to show under site settings? If I select betonline it allows add/auto detect hand histories but nothing else.

Have you checked your site settings and made sure the hand import settings are still set correctly? Click on the config button at the top right of DH, and click on site settings. That's really the only reason it wouldn't be working.

You're in the correct spot, you just need to scroll down a little more and preferred seating is towards the bottom of that form.

Inter release to address some fixes likely coming out today. Major release w/ new HUD design, I'm hoping end of this week. Several delays in testing and refactoring of things. It's taking a bit longer than I had hoped for this, but it will be worth it.

I just downloaded the trial version. Im playing on betonline. The hud seems to show up fine on the tables. But I cant seem to import hands. Is this hud still supporting betonline?
