Well, both of those issues are new to me, and I haven't seen or heard of them before so I will take a look more. Your first issue seems super odd since this is pretty common (something I do all the time myself), and I've never seen it function like that. I'll look into both. You PM'd me and said you'd send your log so that will be helpful.
But since you've said this twice on here now about not getting responses, I think something is happening on your end, because both times now when you've said this your tickets are responded to. And I mean we can't not respond to a ticket in our system. See screenshot below. These are all the tickets I have from you, all responded to.
But yeah, send me what you do have and I promise we'll look into it more.
