If you send that to support they can tell you right away what's going on. It might be a firewall issue, although I haven't seen any to date, but we'll figure it out for you.
That might be the issue. I looked at one of your training programs about a year ago or so. I had a short trial and played with it some but never signed up for it. Perhaps there are traces in the registry files that are preventing the trial on this.
There is actually no file by that name, there is a C:\ProgramFiles(86x)....drivehud.log and in the opening of the software it says
HandNotes, Tournaments,GameInfo,HandHistories, Players, HandRecords, PlayerStatistics all already exist. It tries to initialize and then cancels itself.
That doesn't make sense unless you run inside another program like holdemmanager or Merge's built-in one. If it is picking up the prior hand histories and notes from the sites you are compliant with, then I have a couple million hands already on the computer.
I do hope it can run, the screen shots and videos look very good. I know someone that uses it and they bragged about it to me. To be fair, I have no clue about their knowledge or experience with any of the other programs they have used.
I can email that log of to support and maybe they can help
