I have a question about dashboard statistics under profit by position. Does it take into account short handed or heads up tables? I am curious if small blind or dealer or both is the correct stat when heads up. I see there are some filters but do not see anything for heads up, just 2-3 players. Thanks.

Yes, it does. And setting a filter for 2-3 players will only show HU's stats.

Installed the software, but cant get it to work. I think old postgresSQL issue.
Uninststalled old postgresSQL, postgresSQL 9.5 and DriveHUD.
Restarted win7 (64), installed DriveHUD again. Now i get a DriveHUD popup:

Exception message = An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host;

I have another issue though, i cant get the HUD to work. Also the auto/site import is not importing hands (pokerstars), Manual import is working because after its showing my hands and tournaments. No Hud though.

Im sure i have the folders correct in settings>site settings, because i use the same in manual import and as stated that is working.

I went through the video and some of the docs and it shows how to create and use the HUD but where does it show how to to use multiple profiles at the same time ? Can I choose different profiles for each table like PT4.

For example I have 3 tables running ... 2 on Ignition and 1 on BetOnline , the BetOnline table is a 10max SNG and on Ignition I have a 6Max SNG and a 9Max SNG that I'd like to use different profiles on.

Sorry, just to be clear, you have hands being downloaded from PS, so you've enabled that option correct? And the auto import folder in settings on drivehud looks correct (or you used auto detect)?

Each site and table type can have it's own HUD setup. From the HUD tab, select table layout. Select the poker site you want to setup/change the HUD for (say Ignition), then select the table format (6max full ring, whatever). Save the and name the layout. Do the same thing for BOL. It will run the different profiles for each site and each table type you setup.

Yes, on all accounts. Like I said, just choose them from that drop down. They are all there. For S&G's, make sure to change to S&G from the far left drop down.

I can only import hands manually, import from folder.
I configured the auto import folder in settings on drivehud correctly, but it does not import anything this way.
Im not sure what you mean by enabled that option, i thought adding the handhistory's location folder would be enough for the hud to work? I didnt use auto detect, because i use a different folder for them. When i import manually, from folder, it downloads hands en MTT summarys, but not automatic. I have not seen the HUD yet.

It doesn't sound like you've setup pokerstars for downloading and importing hands. You need to have this configured on the poker client and in DH in order to see a HUD. There's info on how to do this here:

I am not getting any response from support but I am having issues with the HUD not working properly. Initially it was a system memory error that required me to reboot. This has gotten a bit better since yesterdays DriveHUD patch. The issue of the HUD freezing up periodically remains.

I am having to restart the HUD every 10-15 minutes when it fails to respond. I havent noticed anything that changes the frequency of the issue.

I'm not sure what you mean by no response. Every single ticket is answered. There's never ever any tickets that aren't answered. I'd never allow that.

I'm running DriveHUD on Windows 8. It worked fine throughout my free trial and a bit after I purchased but now is so laggy that I have to shut it off because I'll time out on Ignition. Any obvious fixes here? Thanks!

Update to the latest version of drivehud to begin with. Look for a file running in your windows processes called: CompatTelRunner.exe (or similar name). This is going to be your culprit. It's some kind of MS info gathering file. I think it depends on your initial settings, as most people never get this file installed. But if you do, when the HUD goes to update, this file seems to check the data, and depending on your system resources, can cause some lag. This only happens on Ignition and BOL because of the process we have to use to create our own hand histories. Sites like Pokerstars and other sites that don't do this and just write hands to your HD, this is not an issue. If you do have this file (which you likely do), there's ways to remove it or stop it from running. I just saw this on a system and as soon as I turned it off, it was completely fine again.

I don't meant to put support on the spot, I had not heard from them since the 22nd regarding my issue.

I am running:

Windows 10
AMD FX 8350 8-core 4.00GHz
8GB ram

I play max 6 tables although I will have several open and minimized at all times to keep an eye on. The hand replayer feature is not working on most hands, and session history is always blank despite all filters cleared. I have two versions of PostgreSQL installed, 9.3 and 9.5. I'm trying to find out of this is my issue, and if deleting one will affect my hand history data that is compiled thus far.

Gotcha. I thought you meant you sent a ticket and it wasn't responded to. That can't happen with our system. But it can be answered and then assigned. If it's been moved to a developer it can take a few days. But any ways, I see you sent in another ticket now.

It's your database. It's completely messed up. I think somehow going between both versions of SQL, it's messed up the writing, and if you look at your log you'll see for yourself. It's having trouble reading data, and probably taking forever to respond as a consequence. We need to investigate how you got to this spot though so we can fix it and avoid it in the future.

Any way to turn off the ACR HUD while leaving the Ignition HUD on?

Not as a setting in drivehud. There may be some way through a config that I'm not aware of. I'd have to talk to one of the developers. It's not great, but on the ACR tables you can grab each HUD and just drag them off the table and they will disappear.
