Im using 1.0.3.626. The stats show up blank when i go to hud under 9 handed cash games. Ive tried to delete and reinstall but looks like the same problem every time. I dont see anywhere where i can add the stats back either.

Somehow the stats got removed, or the layout file got messed up. You just need to get to the HUD tab in drivehud, select the site you're on from the table layout drop down (select 9 max). At the bottom section are all available stats. Just drag and drop them into the selected stats section. There's a video how to do it here also:

If you want, you can send your layouts.xml file to support and they can look at it. I've never heard of the stats going missing. Maybe the file got corrupt, I'm not sure. The file is located here by default:

\AppData\Roaming\DriveHUD

Any update on adding ACR support ?

It's still in the works. Most of the hold up is because of MTT support. It's always a pain on every site. But it's very close now. Cash games are done.

Yes, we added separate HUD's a long time back for MTT's, S&G's, etc... You must have had one of the first versions.

Alright, how do I reset everything associated with DriveHUD? Uninstall/Install? I imported hands I received from your Card Catcher and now it doesn't seemingly record anything in to a DB. I'm actually quite confused at this whole process because the hud seemingly works, but it's not recording anything I do since Oct. 26th.

So I have kind of wasted some of my "Trial" to test this HUD out.

For instance: I have registered and played multiple tournaments since Oct. 26th but they never show up under the "Tournament" section. Or when I Filter by name and use my BOL Username I get "Player iPoker" but no BetOnline.

So just curious if there's anything else I could do other than just simple start from scratch?

Yes, this is going to be added along with some other tool tips. Good suggestion.

If your hud is up and running then all of your data is recording. You just need to make sure you have a target player listed at the top right hand side of drivehud. Somehow you're not selecting this player at the top.

If you really want to start over, you can just uninstall, and choose the option check box to wipe all data, and then re-install. Contact support and they can see about extending your trial.

awesome. also please make the icon more visible! possibly tag different colors.

some other suggestions:
- can't make different hud numbers the same color. and it's hard to change color when i don't want it to be a range of colors.
- would be nice to make it easier for different games to use the same hud. currently i would have to make one for each different game.

Do bumper stickers only work with Ignition? Right now I'm only using DH for BOL. Seems like some of the huds aren't setup for BOL. Could you send me a default layout with all the default huds? Or tell me how to reset mine?

Yes, they work with all sites. There's one click solution to reset layouts right now. You can delete the file below and when you open back up drivehud it will re-create all of the HUDs. But this is going to wipe out any HUD changes you did.

As for the bumper stickers, Do I need to do anything special to get them to show up? Where on the hud do they show up?

Ok, cool.

As far as the bumper stickers / badge system, they will show up right over the top of the stats. The default ones, you need at least 100 hands on an opponent for them to show up. If you create new ones, you can set the same size for them to show. There's some more info in the manual if that helps:

Is the card catcher portion of DriveHUD not working atm? I seen BOL update this morning and now DriveHUD/BOL Card Catcher is not reading any hands again.

I have not been able to figure out what the little vertical bar indicator it telling me on the HUD. I've seen some players with a yellow bar on the bottom of it, some with orange above that, most of them blank. Where can I find this indicator explained?

I must have accidentally deleted the default stats for 9 handed cash games. I posted last week about the stats showing up blank. I can't seem to get them back without manually putting in each stat and color coding them. Is there a way to get the default stats back without manually putting them in? Also is there an option also to save a specific hud type(drive or plain) for a specific game type? I keep having to change from drive hud to plain hud everytime I open the software. Not sure if I am missing the option somewhere but seems like this should be there. I appreciate the help.

Correct. BOL / chico did an update a couple of hours ago. We have an update already to address this so that their updates won't effect drivehud, but it's not in the build and the person who handles this part is out today. So we'll have an update out for this tomorrow to address this.
