Worked great last night. Can not seem to get it to load the hud today. I have drivehud up and running before loading the bodog client. I have tried to reload both as well as restarting my computer, nothing has worked so far.

Fyi. figured out what's going on here. Apparently some anti-viruses are deleting the HUD.exe w/ the new build. So you'll need to re-install and mark drivehud as safe, or add an exception. We uploaded it to kasparky, and it shows as safe. So we're checking into others as this hasn't been an issue before.

Yes, all cash. I've played two more sessions since, and the HUD has shown up on all tables. This problem only happened my first session after the Ignition update. It's still only giving me a choice of 9 max HUDs though.

No, you're not, but it's your virus scanner. We figured out that some virus scanners are deleting the hud.exe file w/ this build. Not sure why, but if you re-install drivehud, and add an exception w/ your virus scanner or temp turn it off when you play, you'll be all good.

- Table size option for Ignition/Bodog

So you can force a table size option since right now table sizes are all detected as full ring post the Ignition update. To do so just right click on the DH logo at the top of your table. Select Treat as... and then select the table size.

We're still working on detection of the tables post update. Hopefully we have some solution, but this will work at least in the interm.

Just a heads up for any Ignition users running Windows 8/10 that are having issues. I was following all of the instructions but still could not get DriveHud to show up after the update. I finally got it to work by making my Windows "Theme Color" lighter and unchecking the transparency option. This changes the appearance of the bar ignition added above the tables and allows DriveHud to recognize the tables.

To change the settings: Start > Settings > Personalization > Colors

Assuming that you guys are using image recognition to find open tables, it would definitely make sense. Before the update, the top of every table would always look the same- black bar with the Ignition logo in the top left corner. Now, the ignition logo sits on a customizable Window's bar. If the user's color theme is set to light and/or transparent, the program may have trouble finding it.

I downloaded the trial and the hud loaded on my headsup sit and go however when I tried to load a headsup hud profile it wwouldnt work it only offered me 9 max huds. Am i doing something wrong?

I've only messed with this update for a minute or two but basically it can take a 9 man HUD we've created and reduce to 6 max,etc. where it positions the stats in about the right spot but we can't as of yet select a 6 max hud we've created, correct?

I was having the same issue. I had to disable windows defender, then run repair using the drivehud install file.

I was able to get the hud to load but now it is showing improper stats as well as number of players at the table. I am at a nine handed table with only 4 players left and it is showing 6 players including player numbers that can not exist in a 9 man SNG (player 19 for example)

It's because of the same issue in the post right above yours. Your virus scanner deleted the hud. Apparently some virus scanners just started doing this in this last build. We sent it to every major virus scanner this week though and they all came back as not flagging it.

But re-install, add an exception for drivehud w/ your virus scanner and you'll be set.

That's strange, but glad it's working.

Maybe it was just a synch issue? If it happens again, reboot and send a log in if you can. Two updates for ignition this week and we're still sorting through some things to make sure it's all good.

What files should I be adding to exclusions in Windows Defender? DriveHUD.HUD.exe? DriveHUD.Application.exe? I can't get this to work. I have uninstalled and re-installed a few times now. Frustrating...

Update: Just changed my Default App Mode from "Light" to "Dark" and turned Transparency Effects Off and the HUD popped up right away!

This fix didn't work for me. Tried on 2 different PCs (windows 8/windows 10) but the HUD is not showing up. Task manager shows DriveHUD.HUD is running.
