Looked again old feedback about stats. Decided that in fact other stats are not needed.
For example,

CO vs 3bet BU color (or just 3bet on BU) - need to catch moment, when you sit on CO, player with color on BU, and 3beting you. Looks impossible.
fold on 3bet on BU vs Blind - same thing
Cbet flop - same.

Overall it appears that actually only need Vpip, pfr, bb, hands. All another stats not bad (3bet, wts, cbet, fold on cbet etc etc) but you don't know about sample (90% fold on 3bet for 50 hands, easy. this guy "rock" or no 3betters on table).

And must be keep in mind, that color only one. I guess, that better to open table, when 3 guys with vpip 50, than 3 guys with fold on 3bet 90% (an need to check a sample)

If you have any other thoughts on this, let me know.


Stat "stack size" unfortunately i still can't add, because can't find it in db (i see it in HM2 report, but not in db) =(


PS How many guys playing on 888 poker. Is it worth it to add? (only 1 request for this)

it's useless to add a stat like 3bet from CO etc.

STACK SIZE can be found in db under Average Stack or Average Stack bb

Still dont see. I dont know, all the other stats are kept clear, this seems special huh

yes, it is possible that Stack Size to be based on other stats, I've asked on HM forum, but haven'r received a clear answer.

Thanks that you wrote on their forum. This of course was to be my job, but I was afraid that they just would not understand me. Then probably just have to wait, maybe something will be clear. Or mb later i will try to repeat the question.


But the work on improving the program continues. Window resize, added support for 888 poker, improved gametype filter (can be selected 2 or more limits), added loading\saving rules templates and more.

About loading templates. I would be grateful if people could share their coloring rules with me. I just don't play NL (6max or 10max) and don't know which Vpip\pfr have a bad player\regulars\shortstack etc.

The result will be, that in order to start working with the program, need just load the template you want and press Start. =)

Message to PokerTracker 4 users: new filters by date should be checked, and if you see errors, let me know. And 888 poker users need to check notes, because I actually don't have hands in this room.

And still I would be grateful if anyone helps me implement rules for different NL games (any of them =), 6max/10max, shorts, deep, cap games and etc), just send your own rules.

Fixed bug with PokerStars colors ignoring (program displays default colors in Ignore tab)

The demo doesnt seem to work, only 1 player added?

Maybe its because I cant change having hands more than 1000 cant be changed?

Can I change this with the full version? Im really interested to buy this, but would like to see it work first.

Yes, program added only 1, cause i set hands>1000 (u can change it in full version of course) and i guess that "replace notes" in Coloring, Advanced was turn off (program will not change color, if player have color in notes before)

I planning to update the demo version in the coming days. And change limitations of the program. You can wait when i will do it.

for the future please think to a solution to licence this product for life, not per pc. I understand that I have a licence for two computers, and in case I'll buy a new computer, the licence would not be available for this. I plan to buy a new laptop in the next 2-3 months and a new desktop next year. Would not be funny to buy another licence don't you think?

I will think about it, but not sure. I always planned to do as it now, or license per year. I think it's good deal for this cheap program.
For me the funny thing is that people can afford to buy 2 computers, but are trying to save $25. it is of course not bad, but I guess that for purchase 5th-6 PC need at least year, ~$25\1_or_2_year honest deal for me and for you, not?!

If you think that program chose wrong color for some players, you can find them in the file and compare stats with HM\PT (usually a problem in the different filters in the HM\PT and in the program)

Hi I got a couple questions about your program
1) would using .net 4.5 be a problem for your program
2) I am getting an error when I am trying to add a rule:

not sure what it is just though I let you know. I should say my DB has no cash hands at all.
3) Does your software support HU SNG tournaments? I have been looking at your filter settings and gametypes. Whilst I can see a number of HU games they all look like cash and your type cbo in the filter section only shows cash as an option. (I have a feeling you will say its cash only - if so are you planning to add support for sngs in the future? thanks)

btw your software looks really good and for $25 its a steal for what it does; personally I would happily pay more. I have a fair idea of the effort that needs to go in to produce a tool like this. superb job!

Yes, program will work with 4.5. But as i know, 4.5 installed on win8. So if you have win8, use compatibility with win7 (right click on ColoringTool.exe, settings, compatibility and select win7). Mb error related with this.

3) Yea, program only for Cash at this moment.
I just not sure how it should work for tournament. Player with stat 10\10 on blind 10\20 and with stat 80\80 on blind 500\1000 with M5. Which stats you will using? How to choose the limits (i see only blind levels)? etc
Plus i not sure that the program is useful without the large databases. Cash players can buy HandHistory files (some millions hand per month), tourney players can't.

In general, if someone has an idea of ​​how this should work for tourneys, let me know.
