I just purchased the bovada card catcher for mtts. I watched the tutorial he just clicked start catching and then clicks the table when i click it says "please chose all opened tables to start catcher" and i left click on the table and nothing seems to happen.Anyway there is a better tutorial on how to get this up and running? I have changed the preferred seating to the same on both catcher/bovada

Looks like I'm gonna have to send the log in. I have double checked and triple checked all of my settings, made sure I had to right database selected and alas the HUD is still only working on WPN, and my cash tables. The catcher finds my tables, PT4 imports my hands, yet the HUD does not appear. I do have one question:

I don't get the whole setup in iPoker thing. PT4 and HM2 for that matter read Bovada as PokerStars. I even unchecked PokerStars mode in the catcher set up the very same directory and it didn't find my tables at all. I was just wondering why that was the case?

I'd have to see your config file. Some setting is off, and it sounds like you have something configured with pokerstars. Just send it in and I can tell you pretty quickly.

Hey! I just got the Bovada card catcher, card converter, hud, and holdem manager.

The HUD doesn't seem to be lining up correctly with the players. I have the "Default 2.0 HUD" selected, but no matter how I adjust the size of the window, the couple of stats for each player just won't be right. Like for one player there will be two HUD stats next to him, the Hero hud stats won't be next to me, and some of the hud stats cover up the players chip count. Everything just seems "off".

Any advice?

I also just got into another SnG and now there are only stats for four players and not nine. The stats don't seem to be accurate as well.

If you're new to Holdem manager, it's a lot to try and go through and explain. But essentially I'd note use the default HUD. You should just go into HM, open a hand in the replayer and setup the HUD how you want. When you have that set, then load up just one table on Bovada, and move the seat positions to the correct spot. Once you have one table setup, then open the rest. Sometimes the first start you need to position the HUD in the correct spot, but once you do this it will line up every time.

And all of the stats will be correct. There won't be any data off. But you need to get the HUD in the right spots. I know it's a bit of a pain working with several new pieces of software at once, but it will be worth it once you have it all setup.

No, we haven't done coupons on this. The renewal is very reasonable though. It's only 1/3rd of your purchase price, so depending on what you got, it shouldn't be very much.

My trial has just ended on Bovada Card Catcher and I need to purchase it which I am okay with. I am having an issue and I was hoping you guys could help me with. For some reason, in my Bovada settings, where I go to table placement, I click the Middle Seat, which most of us like, and I make certain to click it for 9 person/6 person/2 person and I make certain all of them are checked. I also turn on the sounds and even once all are turned on, I don't receive any sounds and I am never sat in the middle seat, I am always seated in the seat that I happened to take when I joined the table. The MAJOR problem I am having is when I sit at a table, and then move seats to the middle seat, my HUD screws up and now all the stats are wrong/different, so I really could use some help on this one. What do I do?

You have to turn on preferred seating in the card catcher, and also Bovada. It sounds like you have it turned on at Bovada, so you just need to go to settings in the card catcher. Then select the same seat position you chose on Bovada. You need to do this for each table type and you'll get the HUD coming up in the correct place.

I have Card Catcher. Is there any advantage to having Converter if all the info is going directly into PS already?

If you just want to run a HUD and have your data in real time, then no. The hand converter is not necessary, but it does a couple of things that catcher can't do.

1) The hand converter will allow you to import zone hands, which the catcher can't do.
2) You can see all opponent's hole cards, regardless if they go to showdown or not.

So as a study tool, I highly recommend the converter, but it's not necessary.

I would like to renew asap but I don't see the 1/3 price option anywhere? When I open Bovada Card Catcher it just tells me my trial has expired and I need to register/buy. Then I click Buy and it is charging me full price for the software as if I only had the trial.
