Thanks for the reply. I was doing a little more research, and this is the same exact problem i am having. I thought other people had the same problem but maybe i misread.

My coach works with the same hand converter so i'll be sure to see if knows what I am doing wrong.

Hehe... ok, no problem. Glad you got it worked out. Have your coach contact me as well and I can hook him up and get him some discounts for students on some of our products.

Okay, so i thought i had it solved but it's still not working. I just got a little closer. It says 1,xxx hands imported in xx files. But when i click on 'stats' it doesn't show up. I played a few hands on carbon poker to test out PT4 so I'm not sure if that could affect it at all? But the only thing showing up is the 500 hands i played on carbon. It says the hands imported but they do not show up on the graph. I know the hands are imported as well, because when i try uploading the hands again it says 1,xxx duplicates.

I talked to my coach about this and he doesn't know whats wrong as well (I showed him the problem through Skype).
Hopefully someone knows what I am doing wrong? Thanks in advanced!

To answer your previous post, I believe you may already be in contact with him as he suggested me the program. My coach is Bill Hubbard. I could be wrong.

What did you set for the username in the converter? Your Carbon username is probably different than the converter username (usually "Hero") and you have to select the user you want to see in PT4. Look in the upper left at the drop down that is showing your Carbon name and search for "Hero" there.

Thanks. Yeah this is what I was going to say. I think we need to have some kind of link to PT tutorials or something. I don't know, but I get asked this a lot.

You can also just add an alias to your account and add hero. This way you can combine usernames.

So i have logged about 1300 hands in 25nl zone, havent had any problems, but now when i go to import my latest session. ( 670 hands), it just says "import complete" without actually doing anything? am i doing something wrong. if my explanation wasn't thorough enough ill elaborate more.

I've scanned the most recent 10 or so pages of this thread and haven't seen a mention of the name of the software people are using to convert and histories.

I feel bad resorting to the lazy solution of asking, but...

Hi, I just started getting this error today from Bovada Hand Converter. Is anyone else having this problem?

System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\Documents and Settings' is denied.

try running as administrator (right click on the item).

Yes, I'm running in an admin account. Installed Bovada Hand Converter in the admin account. Bovada Hand Converter has full permissions. Running Windows 8.1 with the lasted update installed.

Yes, I'm running in an admin account. Installed Bovada Hand Converter in the admin account. Bovada Hand Converter has full permissions. Running Windows 8.1 with the lasted update installed.

Converted about 18,000 hands from Bovada and when importing them to poker tracker 4 it says there are about 15,000 errors. Anyone know why this is happening?

i have win 8.1 also.

i installed bovada (or rather it installed itself into: C:\Bovada).

where did you install bovada?

the converter defaults to something in your documents folder.

you might try to re-install bovada into someplace else and/or have the converter put it's output files in some place other than your documents folder.

Thanks for your help.

I've just contacted their support. I'm just beyond amazed that no one else is experiencing the problem. Everything about my system and configuration is standard and it was working prior to March 28.
