It's definitely is a problem with O8 tournaments so I'll pass a long the files to support when I get a chance. Appreciate the help!

I thought converted hands show all hole cards?

I know I've seen it before on some of the hands I've converted before... Does it not work for zoom? Does it only work for certain formats?

I can't see hole cards on a lot of my converted hands, what am I missing here?

Yes it supports all known hole cards for zone.

Either 1) You have show known hole cards unchecked in your replayer. It depends which database you have to enable this. In PT4, it's on options on the replayer. 2) You don't have this setting enabled on the converter. You can enable it by clicking on settings in the converter.

I don't think anything has changed recently, so it should work. Try it before purchasing, but by all reports it should be fine.

Fixed limit omaha hi/lo hands still do not import into PT4 after being converted. All errors, same as a year and a half ago. That is why I asked. It would be awesome if the converter could work on fixed limit omaha hi/lo... the games are pretty popular on Bovada.

What version of PT4 and the converter are you using? These should be converting. Let me know, and if you can send some of those unconverted hands to support, I will look at it. I have a note here it was added some time ago, so it should be working.

I am suing the latest versions of PT4 and the converter... 4.14.18 and 1.0.46.

The converter is converting the fixed limit omaha hi/lo hands, but they are not readable by PT4 for some reason. The converted hand histories look ok to me, but something must be slightly off.

I should send the unconverted hands? Or should I send the hands that have been converted, but are not readable by PT4?

Don't sue PT! Yes, if you can send the unconverted hands to our support, I will have someone look at them. There shouldn't be an issue, but between the DB and Bovada, sometimes things change and we might need to tweak something else again.

Any update on this? All my SNG's are importing with more than 9 players and showing up as various MTT types.. turbo's, 3 tables, Hypers... Super inconvenient to need to manually edit every single one.

I see it's on the developers log, but they haven't tested that data yet you sent. Looks like it is top o their que now though so it shouldn't be too much longer. I will post in here when it's updated.

Yes it will. We'll have an update out for it likely tomorrow. The Bovada card catcher is updated to work with Ignition, and the hand converter will be in the next update.

hi FD,

I recently unchecked the setting "randomize player ID", created a new hero name, re-converted all of my hands from this year, and uploaded them to PT4 using a new database with the new Hero name.

Now when I go back to the converter I can't find hands newly downloaded from Bovada in the folder. I'm confused because all I changed was the Hero name, the destination folders are the same. help! thanks!

So you are talking about new hands, not the ones you re-converted correct? The second folder listed in the converter (under the green folder listed), that folder will have all of your original bovada hands. Unless you set an archive point from PT4 by accident when you re-imported. If you set it to auto archive, it I think it defaults to take all sub folders, and in that case it will be in your appdata folders under PT4. Check your PT4 import settings for pokerstars and your general auto import settings. It's going to be somewhere, PT wouldn't delete them, it's just a matter of where.

K, cool. The hands you converted were in the Bovada folder? Or you just hadn't converted them yet. Well, sounds like you figured it out though.

The in app-automatic updater won't launch after it updates. You need to uninstall/install for the Converter to open.

My tournament and PLO hands are converting and importing fine. My NLHE cash hands are converting but not importing properly. I got 50 hands imported out of ~4k and the rest were marked as errors.
