And honestly I'd like even more testing before releasing this, but I know everyone is anxious to get it, and it's the weekend as well. Everything has looked ok for HM/PT. If anyone see's anything though, please let me know. I know a few of my guys will be in tomorrow.

It seems to be picking up hands on my FR tables but not the 6max ones

Is it showing the HUD in FR? Its picking up the hands for me in 6max but no live HUD. When I replay the hand in PT4 the HUD is there though. Just not in game.

yea the hud works fine at FR and i see the hand histories look to be there but as you said no live hud for 6max

Can you give me the specific table type / game type? I just double checked them and it was loading for me (6max and FR). I have the latest PT4 as well. I'd make sure you do also. Let me know because I can pass this on the guys tmw.

If someone can let me know what the table title is and the game type, that would help. Because I try it, and it works fine. So it must be some specific type (I thought there was only 2 for 6-max).

Im on BOL NL2 6max. I just tested it again today and just played one orbit at a couple different tables but didnt get the HUD to pop up. Usually it comes up after just one hand. PT4 is up to date and works on the other site I play on (ACR). I had a few different tables open last night and didnt get the HUD on any of them. The card catcher says PT4 is installed and I even went into PT4 and reset the directories in the iPoker settings.

I just double checked this version on Hm2 and PT4 myself. All game types. Works good. HM2 HUD auto loads.

Hi,

Played some 2000 hands tonight in 10 and 6 man tables mtts. Everything is working fine except for 2 things:
- The card Cather window does not shoe that is catching any tables (but it does )
- There are still hands missing, all in hands especially when I lose.

I use Hm2
I attached the log in the e-mail.

the 1.02.7 was working flawless for me, now that I've updated to this version is keeps crashing the BetOnline client...any suggestions?

fwiw, I tried started the client first, then launching the card catcher, and vice versa, and didn't make a difference. As I start opening tables it inevitable crashes the client.

I'd reboot and try again first. Can you send me your log though please? I don't have any crash reports w/ this version so I would definitely want to see. I'd try and reboot though, check your settings, and if all else fails go back and re-install the 2.7 version until we can see your log.

You sure you have the card catcher settings set to PT4? And also a semi-recent version of PT4? Works 100% fine for me. All testers have said the same as well.

If you're still having an issue, try renaming your PT4 HUD config files and have them re-create (you can copy them back after). I've seen them get corrupt and then not launch the HUD. They are stored here:

C:\Users\(user name)\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Data

Strange bug that we found after the fix that may be the cause for some who were reporting that the HUD wouldn't launch.
