+1 it doesn't seem to go back and get the hands in PT 4 either, which sucks cause sometimes BOL freezes, and you have to close reopen, then do the same for CC and PT4, and you miss hands in the process. This happens a couple times a session to me.

Is there a specific order each program needs to opened? for example: Open, BOL CC, then PT4, then BOL client. Or can you open the Client first?

No specific order, but BOL is a major resource hog. Largest of any poker site, so I'd recommend making sure you have limited resources open when playing on it, and also a video driver update is highly recommended. They load a lot of memory resources into your video memory.

thats where the problem lies Freak. great chance i end up buying the card catcher but for now my pc cant seem to handle tabletamer, cardcatcher, hm2, poker clients all at once. So when playing Chico lately i am using TourneyIndicator

Yeah, we spoke w/ the TT guys about this. I thought this was resolved. Have you updated your table tamer in a while? I can speak to them again, as we want to work with them ideally of course.

I'm not sure there's really a way to adjust this honestly. It's on PT4's side. I'll ask the developers. Mine are pretty much right over the players, so maybe there's some adjustment that can be made.

I've looked a few pages back but couldn't find an answer.

1) When using the BoL catcher, the BoL hand replayer doesn't show hand history, meaning I cannot check what cards players have mucked. This is a huge problem.

2) I also play on ignition and use Ignition catcher. Ignition catcher is also using Ipoker. That means I can only have the same hud on both sites at the same time. Now that is a problem for many reasons. One, for example, is that the sites have different layouts and if the hud is lined up on one site, it is totally off on the other.

How can I solve these 2 problems?

My problem is PT4 isn't distinguishing between Hero and Villian, so depending on where I'm seated dictates who will be hero. But I like to use "sit here" to have all my tables location at the bottom center seat. But when you do that BOL CC mistakes who is HERO. What I want to do and I can not is "Hide Hero Stats" or create a reduced HUD just for my own stats to save space.

Any way to fix this.

I contacted PT4, and this was there response:

"Converted hands are not supported so we can't promise that they will work correctly however the "Hero" in PokerTracker 4 is a player who was shown with known dealt hole cards at the start of a hand so if those hand histories have multiple known cards then there will be multiple heroes"

Either your need to update PT4 to the latest version, or your HUD config file for PT4 is corrupt. Try updating PT4 first and see if that helps.

Is there any way to use your betonline card catcher simultaneously with the ignition card catcher, playing tables on each? When i try to do it now, i can get HUDS on both, but I can't fix the seating/hud placement on the betonline one without it ****ing up the placement of my hud on ignition.

The software works flawlessly for me in Windows 10, but sometimes doesn't work at all in Windows 7 (recognizes tables but no HUD comes up despite coming up on other sites, no hands being recorded in db at all). Not even sure where to begin troubleshooting this.

I would like to be able to continue to use Windows 7 despite its age as my travel system can't use Windows 10 due to a work conflict. Should I send in logs, or anything I can check on my end?

Hi,

I've run into a problem with the BoL card catcher. Everything will work fine at first, but as players change and the tourney goes on, the hud will stop updating. New players stats won't replace the people who used to be at the table, and stats won't update for anyone at all, including myself. Any ideas on how to fix this?

We had this issue w/ MTT's, maybe a year or a year and a half ago, but it was fixed and haven't had any reports of that problem from anyone since that time. So unless something has changed, which is always possible, it shouldn't be an issue, but when we see your log we'll be able to tell.
