Had a windows 10 update today and now the client is lagging with SaT, anyone else solve?

Do you have windows virus and defender on by chance? I'd temp turn those off. They can really lag BOL down. If you're on a laptop, make sure you have the latest video card drivers as well. Both will help speed up performance.

I have a lot of problems with the catcher and my HEM2 not working together for the full session, I usually have to restart my HUD/HEM2/BOC (v.1.02.09) several times during my session to keep the HUD updating. It seems to randomly stop grabbing/importing properly at times, and I'll notice when new players join tables it will still have the HUD/stats up from the previous person.

Is there a simple fix for this or something I'm missing?

I turned off windows defender, and updated video driver, still laggy, also I noticed when restarting, windows 10 now shows temporarily grey start up instead of the classic blue

I'm not sure, but now when I restart, instead of the "restarting" screen being classic blue, it is now grey. Everything else works fine.

I turned off Windows Defender, and updated my graphics card but BOL client is still hogging ~ 50% CPU memory with only five tables going. SaT hotkeys work and no popping back to stack problems, just lagging.

Anyone any ideas?

You need to make sure you have the catcher up before you open your tournaments. Sounds like you're playing tournaments based on what you're saying, and it's important you have the catcher running before you open tables.

You can click on settings in the catcher, and click on create log and send your log to support and they can check it out as well.

Those are my best suggestions. Run your system as clean as possible. BOL is a resource hog unfortunately. I'd try and just run BOL only with nothing else and see what your table max is, and then possibly try running a clean boot in windows w/ network only and then see if that helps. Then add 3rd party tools after that.

I have no issues on my system personally. I have a somewhat newer high end system, but I know on lower resource systems people have issues w/ BOL.

my system has worked perfect twelve tabling with all third party software working for over a year tho, this problem started with Win 7 update

an you try reverting the update and seeing how it runs? Maybe it's worth not doing the latest update if it's starting to cause you an issue. It's really hard to say what specific in the OS update could be causing an issue. I'd def turn off windows defender, it really causes drag, and maybe look at the update and see what drivers it updated as well. You can try and isolate where the issue may be, but the easiest thing to start is roll it back.

I just downloaded and bought BetOnLine Card Catcher and have HM2. The HUD shows up on my tournament table, but the HUDs are about 4 times larger that I need, covering up most of the table even when I maximize the table to fill my monitor screen. How do I fix this?

You have to re-size your HUD in HM2. You'll have to go into their HUD settings, manually re-size. I've actually never heard of this before, it might even be a resolution issue on your system. Do you know what you have your monitor settings set to? But there should be a way to just re-size the HUD by dragging and reducing the size from the corner of the hud panel.

Yes, it was working fine for me yesterday after the update.

But today my cardcatcher won't load up - it says my trial has ended even though I purchased it. This same thing happened many months ago due to a server meltdown or something like that.

Anyone else having this problem?

BOL had an update, but the catcher is working fine.

We did some server maintenance for an hour this morning on the catcher server, so that was your issue. If you load it now it will be fine.

Yes, it works with Tigergaming. Nearly all Chico network sites.

It only works w/ BOL/chico network. You have to download both card catchers.

Hi,
The trial BOL card catcher has been working really well. The trial Ignition one, was working well for a while, but today it went for an update, crashed mid update and now whenever I go to open it, I get the message "this app can't run on your pc". Not sure what happened? Any ideas?

Wrong thread, but..
Hard to say, likely maybe a virus scanner or firewall blocked it.

Just manually download and install, or remove it and install, then reboot your system:
