Is the card catcher still working with the new BOL update? I know Table Tamer was making it crash but when I used it with just the card catcher and PT4 this morning I wasnt getting a HUD but the HUD was working on other sites.

It was crashing BOL for me, no one else?

The latest 2.9 version is working fine w/ BOL. No crashes or issues. Make sure you update if you haven't. It is set as an auto update.

No, it is not anymore, crushing as high as 10 times / night for the last 2-3 days.

This would be news to me. I have no reports of crashes beyond what you two have said. Nothing to support, nothing on any forums, and no drivehud reported crashes (same capture engine). I've been running the client now for an hour+ w/ no issues.

What else do you have running on your system at the same time? If you sent a log I'll make sure developers look at it. Ty.

Ok, so i have the same things installed that i had when 029 converter was working. But i did uninstall everything even the firewall and the client keeps crushing. I dont run the converter 1h i run it 12+ hours every night, and it can crash the client 5 times in hour or dont crush it for 5 hours and then start crushing. It happens with 1 table open or with 12, but the more tables are open the more it crushes. I sent the logs yesterday.

The other issue is resolved as far as I know.

We ran sims and games today for almost 5 hours across 4 systems with no issues. I'm just stating if it was something with the catcher specifically, since we have thousands of customers between the catcher and drivehud, we'd hear a lot more problems popping up. We have zero reports w/ drivehud.

I'm not doubting you are having an issue. We have your logs and the developers did look at it today. There was nothing in your log beyond an initial injection issue that is really a non-issue that showed any crashes related to BOL CC processes. So it must be something else, which we will help you with figuring out.

It's sounding like a re-player issue though if 2 people are saying it's crashing when you load up a replay hand in your database. Table tamer is also known to sometimes cause conflicts.

If you can send your hm2 database logs we can narrow it down, but I'm guessing that is the problem. Could be a config issue, but if you can send the hm2 log from here to support we'll have a much better idea on the specifics of the issue you're seeing.

Yes, I'm aware. I'm just stating that we sell a lot more drivehud, and if there's was a specific issue w/ the catcher, we'd hear about it on 2+2, in our forums, etc.. and anything crash related is black and white and we hear about it in floods right away. Just look at the last time the client updated and there was a problem.

Any ways, like I said, I'm more than happy to help. I'm guessing it's something w/ their replayer then, which makes sense. BOL is already pretty resource intensive as is. I'll have to ask the developers when they are back in where the BOL log is and we can take a look at that to narrow it down.

For now, I wouldn't open their re-player obviously. And if you get any crash not related to it, then please send us another log. All logs are helpful in narrowing down a problem.

Like I said, there was no crash related to BOL CC commands in your logs. It captures and process all exceptions. It's happening somewhere else, outside of the card catcher.

Well, good news is I know how to re-produce it now. It looks like it's just specific to this sequence.

Open up BOL hand replayer on tournament table. It doesn't always seem to crash it though, so need to do more testing.

The hand replayer seems fine if you open it in cash games. It doesn't like the replayer to open w/ any tournament hands.

If you would have led with that, we might have been able to solve it today, but the developers are out today and will be out tomorrow (holiday in america). I'll keep you updated on what we find though.

Thanks. We're going to have to look at BOL logs more than anything. I played w/ it a lot today. Got crashed w/ and w/o the catcher on. They all occurred when system resources began to get maxed out, but I don't think it's the only reason this is happening.

And just fyi, others are having this issue if you look in the BOL thread here on 2+2. Many people having this issue w/ zero 3rd party apps running.

Send me what you have though and we'll continue to take a look. My best suggestion is run as clean of a system as you can, and don't use their replayer. I'm hoping there's something we can find that we can send to them to address.

Yea it definitely happens more often when I have more tables open or I open a bunch too quickly.

Yeah, it's a bit random, but increasing tables, opening the re-player, and other resources increases the chance of a crash. We're trying to put together some log info to send to BOL. I'm not sure how responsive they'll be, but I figure it can't hurt.

Does anybody know a way to import old hands/tournaments history that I played and I already have on my pc?
The card cather work properly "live" but it can't do that.

Yes, they will work together. If you put Ignition in PS mode (make sure you're updated to the latest versions), and use BOL with the ipoker setup. We have lots of people who use them both at the same time.
