*** I just found another problem: Notecaddy is making duplicate notes for the same note.

They actual note names are very slightly different...each one has an additional dash contained in the note name.

I believe this happened because I loaded two separate coaching packs at some point and the note definitions were named differently.

I am currently deleting all notecaddy definitions and notes and rerunning them from scratch across my database.

I deleted all note definitions and other data and re-imported the dynamic HUD package.

CaddyReport is still listing duplicate notes. This doesn't seem normal, but perhaps it is. Not all notes write as duplicates, but most do. (Doesn't matter if Hero is in the hand or not)

An example of duplicate notes: (note the only difference is a hyphen followed by a space)

EDIT: It appears that all "vs. Hero" notes are only written once. All other notes are written twice. Thus, a note written vs. Hero will contain one "vs. Hero" notes and two "normal" (identical) notes.

Also try check out Overhang in HUD settings. Bigger number together with notecaddy HUD causes huge performance issues on my PC. Now I use 0.

I have simular problem with importing new notecaddy package. Helps me not deleting note definitions. I just re-imported them and everything was ok.

Thanks Dibbley, I did increase my overhang values greater than zero recently. I'll try adjusting it smaller or back to zero.

In Caddy Report, do you get duplicate notes like I indicated above? This didn't seem normal. I am going to try re-installing HEM from scratch. It seems like the duplicate notes may be the result of installing two different versions of the package, where note definition names were slightly altered. Of course, I don't know much about the inner workings, so this may be normal.

Hello. I am trying to have NC make notes (AJA Dynamic package) on converted HH. The HH is in Pacific format. The hands are imported to HM2, but only made 38 notes on many hands. What are the first steps for looking into the problem? Already tried "Reset Notes" and regenerate. Still 38 notes created. Any ideas? Thanks.

Anyone else having problem with showing session stats?
Never worked for me and hasent been a problem until I started playing on anon-tables.
My sessions stats (in red) shows my ordinary stats w same amout of hands.

You are right but unfortunately even after the update my session stats (in red) equals the accumulated stats of all played opponents for some reason.

Sorry. I left party last week so hadn't actually tried it myself.

Np, it lookes like the update is setting the HUD to sessions-stats so I guess thats what they intended to do.

I just noticed that when Im using a 30% cb size (HU) it doesn't register as facing a cb in the HUD. Something to do with stat-definitions that I can change myself?

Yes, the HUD is in compliance with Pokerstars. All prohibited data is prevented from appearing on live tables. You will lose range graphs and badges along with the couple of stats that used opponent hand values (bluff river with missed draw).

Somehow some of your badges-the actual images are gone. Request a new package NoteCaddy>Help>Download the lastest NC package. Close and reopen NC and accept the install prompt. Once it's finished you DO NOT need to rerun notes. Alternatively, if you're good at these types of things, you can download the zip file in the install emall. OPen it and grab the badge images and place the missing the ones in the C:\Users\***UserName***\AppData\Roaming\HoldemMana ger\NoteCaddyBadges

Just got the HUD up and running. Did all of the performance optimization tips. Badges show up in the replayer, but not at the tables.
