Yes, HUD / Hovering HUD option must be disabled in StarsCaption (this HUD mode is only partially implemented there, so with this option it will work wrong in most of cases).

I just remove the mark of Hovering HUD and the position tags no longer disappear, thanks very good!

Setting up PartyCaption for the first time, when I activate the HUD it adds a transparent green cover on top of the whole window any idea why?

888Caption has such feature in SnG registrator (swith 'Type of tourneys' to BLAST there).

PartyCaption - no, but you can use 'Lobby / Open Sit & Go Hero' hotkey for a fast opening, and 'SnG/MTT / Sit & Go Hero' options for auto process all message boxes.

StarsCaption - you can also try to use a hotkey on a Lobby tab as in PartyCaption.

I'm having some trouble with the positions HUD, where one of the seat (always the one on upper left) doesn't show position, regardless of which positions the player are in. If I delete the HUD position stat and put it back in, it works for a bit but then goes back to the same bug. I have other stats in the player panels that works for all, so it seems to be only the positional one.

Screenshot, so here that seat should be in MP. I have it set up that when I click the position, it searches for the player, if that makes any difference.

The software doesnt seem to find my 888client, how do I add my account?

Try to check run as admin, client language, etc. form this list.

I do run it as admin, I changed the extra screen to be the main screen on display configuration and now I don't get the bug when I first open the 888 client, but when I get moved to a new table or randomly, all the hud panels get moved again to the right and I have to close the client and restart it but this is very inconvenient, please help, Party Caption works perfectly only 888 caption gives trouble

Does anyone else partypoker just freezes while playing? When im playing, the points dont even update at all. So I have to close all my tables and then close the program. Then log in etc.

Many times the table freezes to the point where you cannot click on fold, call or bet. Only way is hotkeys. Only way to fix this issue is click on control alt delete for task manager to show up.


Im using partycaption. Does anyone have these issues? This happens every single time when playing on partypoker. It sort of freezes and then you cannot click on fold call or bet with the mouse. So if not hotkeys are turned on, you basically cannot do anything.


Another big issue im having is many times when i sit out at certain tables, its suppose to sit back in. I notice in many of my sngs, i sat out because of this. Is there a reason for this? Shouldn't it auto sit you back in those tables?

The last user with similar issues removed party caption and re installed which resolved the issue



So should i uninstall partycaption and reinstall it? Should i uninstall partypoker and reinstall it? Most importantly, how do i make sure the settings on the partypoker client and my betting sizes on partycaption the same where if i uninstall, when i reinstall everything would be the same etc.

M_Acevedo, are 888poker and 888Caption executables both run as admin? or maybe only one of them?

Also try to add both 888poker and 888Caption executables to trusted programs in your antivirus settings.

PaulyJames200x, I do not know what is the cause of your problems.
None of the users of PartyCaption reported such problems.

Is Options / Auto actions / Auto 'I am back' (tournament table) enabled in your settings? Does it only work sometimes, or it not work for you at all?
Can you check it while you play one or two tables?

Also try to check all required settings:
1. You have English partypoker client
2. PartyCaption is configured to run as admin in Properties / Compability
3. partypoker client also configured to run as admin
4. Both PartyCaption and partypoker client added to trusted processes / exclusion list in your antivirus settings

hi guys, Im having an issue with partycaption chips to bb

when I use chips to bb, sometimes the numbers are cut off. It looks like the display box of the conversion is too small on either the pot or the bet because I will not see all or part of a number and it gets very confusing. Doesnt happen when I disable chips to bb so Ive just not been using it. Is there a known fix to this?

yes they are both ran as admin and have no conflict with antivirus this is a big issue as I have to be constantly restarting the client, I play mtts get moved to new tables too frequently, please let me know if you need me to send log files or something.
