Question Victorypoker is busto?

I cashed out about 2,7k$ over 3 days ago using moneybookers, then i got my rakeback of about 20$ wich i cashed out also a bit later.

Now i have received the 20$ within the 48hours that support said the money would be in my moneybookers account. But i have yet to receive the 2,7k$ and its been about 3 days...I asked support they said theres been a delay of some sort but wouldnt answer what kind of delay(im guessing no money in the bank?) because otherwise it would make absolutely no sense that they send me the 20$ cashout and not the big one that was made even before.

I really wanted to like this site but everything so far has been a huge dissapointment, disconnections to the level where its unberable to play on this software.

Cards that are dark and dirty looking. (didnt get used to them after 2 weeks of playing on the software even) and generally glichy and crappy software.

1$ hu rake cap twice the standard 50cent.(hu euro tables rake cap at 5€, 10x the standard 50cent rake) Wohoo for 40% rakeback tho right?

Anyway maybe one day i shall receive my money (Y)

While i wait ill just be bored and rant here.

Edit: i just spoke with support again they said that they have gotten alot of cashout lately and thats what the delay is. Is that a good or bad thing i dont know....to me that just sounds even more like they are busto and im just on some kind of cashout waiting list.

Yeah i dont know but it doesent make any sense to me that they just sent me the 20$ cashout.

I asked support why this is and support said that all the cashouts will be paid in the order that they are made. Wich has to be bull**** because i made the bigger deposits first and the 20$ deposit hours after the other ones, yet only the 20$ got paid within the 48hours they promise you.

So this means they must have seen the other cashouts too but just didnt want to pay them for some reason? even if i would have made the 20$ cashout first or they took them in backwards order, i find it very unlikely that between the couple of hours from the 20$ cashout to the other cashouts there would have been 1day+ worth of players cashing out.

She also confirmed that i am on some sort of cashout waiting list because they have got alot of cashouts lately, wich i dont buy at all looking at the amount of players on this site.

Re: Victorypoker is busto?

The site can't access your funds, they are secured in a separate bank account by the network. So if they aren't paying your cashout because of a lack of funds, it is the network, not the site itself who could be going under. I highly doubt this though.

With that said, this simply could be an oversight or they may in fact just be backed up. The reason why you got your $20 withdrawal so fast is because its for such a small amount. I'm sure for larger withdrawals support looks over the hand history to make sure there wasn't any collusion/chip dumping going on. This is standard at most sites.

Victory support thus far has always done the right thing by the player so give it atleast another day. I do agree though, the network shouldn't allow the sites to put up withdrawal time frames such as 48 hours if they can't meet those standards.

Re: Victorypoker is busto?

@Dr Livingstone: Sorry I didn't reply sooner, I was flying from Las Vegas to London & just got home to Malta. I'm glad everything worked out for you : )

Thanks to SCORER & AABBCCDD for expressing your views.

Victory & Everleaf are far from "busto" : ) If you look on PokerScout, Everleaf is up over 700% from where they were when we joined the network 15 weeks ago.
They are directly behind BODOG and BETFAIR in size, which is amazing growth for such a short period.

Although Victory has no access to the Everleaf funds, you can rest assured that I planned ahead for Victory to be fully funded for years to come and we are doing MUCH better then expected as you can see in Everleaf's growth patterns.

I'm truly happy that you received your funds as promised, and I wish you continued success in poker and in life.

I 100% agree with all of these issues, I have the same problems when I play and I stake some people who have the same issues.

edit: also have disconnected many times (whilst playing hands on PokerStars or FTP and browsing internet), emailed support asking if there was any way to recover money from some of the big pots I timed out in, and they blamed it on me or ignored it or w/e.

Re: Victorypoker is busto?

Hi,

Since you have no access to the funds, that means you have zero control over the players money. Am I right? If Everleaf goes down, what kind of protection are you offering to your players? And what do you mean by fully funding Victory poker for years to come?

Thanks,

novel20

Re: Victorypoker is busto?

Correct, I have no access to the Everleaf funds, neither does any SKIN on any NETWORK so if your playing on Doyles Room or any of the other 50 CAKE Network Skins you would have the same question or concern. Nearly every poker site you've ever heard of is a poker SKIN on a NETWORK besides the top 5 names. So your trust always has to lie with the Network.

In the case of Victory, Im fully confident in the EVERLEAF Network and have 0 concern of them failing at this point. They've been around for years and have extremely credible executives that were recommended to me by household name poker businessmen that have known the owners for years from their prior experience.
Seeing how Everleaf has grown 700% over the past few months, I'm now more confident then ever in their success. Their staff works with me on a daily basis to do everything from customer support to affiliate programs.

As far as fully funding Victory Poker, I simply meant that people should stop being concerned about our financial situation when I started the company with more then enough to last a long time and on top of that, we're doing WAY better then expected internationally.

Thank you for your questions and I wish you continued success in poker and in life.

Re: Victorypoker is busto?

According to Pokerscout the 700% growth coincides with the merger of UPN and ELG. It just so happens Victory joined the network simultaneously. However, since half those players are in the cash private games tab and remain unavailable to us, it is difficult to see the actual growth. As everyone, I was very excited to see the traffic Victory would bring to the table and I immediately signed up as an affiliate. I haven't seen much increase at all. Half the tournaments get canceled, there are no games for US players and the meaty cash games are not even accessible. The $25 freerolls are the the only time of day numbers go through the roof. I remain enthusiastic about the future of Victory and ELG, but even though it is easy to get sign ups, it is difficult to have any sort of player retention with no offerings and limited deposit options. People want to play when they want to play. They don't want to wait 12 hours for approval and they don't want to wait 4 hours for the next mtt to begin that may not fill.

Just wanted to say that this is not true. There are networks out there that have no control and skins hold all money. Now whether that is a good thing is up for debate...

Dozens of skins on microgaming have gone broke and players have lost 100% of funds. Sometimes the skin holding your money makes it LESS safe.
