I wanted to send an e-mail via support at affiliates@victorypoker.com but this e-mail shows in g-mail as dead. I also sent an e-mail to support@victorypoker.com but received no reply. Not a very good start. Anyhow this is my e-mail so hopefully someone can answer these questions.

1.) I signed up for an affiliate account. Do I have to download the player software in order to get payment?

2.) In marketing tools under bonus code how do I know what to offer in the amount% field?

3.) What do I have to do to make sure banners are tracking? Do I add my bonus code to them? Do I add an affiliate number to them?

4.) How do you create a bonus code?

I might suggest that these questions either become part of faq as step by step intructions or a clearer system is devised as I am an affiliate for every major site accepting U.S. players. Most if not all have pretty intuitive affiliate pages.

I agree, not intuitive. Here is what I know, which isn't much.

Regarding #1. I don't think download is required. Your money will come in to your account, and seen when logged in as an affiliate. However, I vaguely recall you having to transfer money from your affiliate account to a real money player account for cash out. Not 100% sure though.

Regarding #2, put 0% in that field. I think that is too allow you to offer your own private bonuses/incentives to players. If you have no money in the account to payout, then your only choice is 0. I originally had the same question, and I think the affiliate email address responded to clear it up.

Regarding #3, can't help here since have no banners. But I know that if players sign up using your created bonus code it will definitely track.

Regarding #4, it create the most basic of code, just drop down "Tracker", name code, enter 0 for Amount (%), enter dates for validity. Click "Next" and then "Create Bonus".

Thanks for the reply. I think my trouble was that I didn't have 0 entered in the bonus code field so it wasn't letting me create a bonus code. Although I did sign up as an affiliate not sure if I'll actually add their banners to my site. Seems pretty strange that I haven't gotten a response via e-mail from Victory.
