Re: Suggestion Thread

Can someone from Victory please comment on Everleaf's response or plans on improving the horrible table resolution on the network? Blurry/Out of focus. When a single table is expanded, it looks blurry, cheap, a poor quality site.

It seems to me visual graphics clarity is the most obvious, important thing to get right and should also be the easiest. It is not 1996 anymore, please up the resolution.

Most new players (fish, which are the lifeblood of networks) only play one table. Therefore, they immediately maximize/expand that single table... and BAM... blurry, poor graphics quality. My newbie friend I referred couldn't stand the quality and quit after one session of blurry cards. Anyone know the problem here??

Re: Suggestion Thread

Here is a list i've come up with in my first week or so of play.

- doesn't remember preferences

- can't put notes on someone from replay

- the replay is exactly the same layout as reg table. Hard to differentiate

- when i open "omaha" or "nlhe" it automatically sorts based on players/table

- i am getting hit and ran for $4

- tried 4 times to get sound to work (yes i have >directx 8)

- the pointer changes to a cursor randomly when trying to bet/raise/etc

-it dings everytime i click a table in the lobby yet i get no sound anywhere else

- when it goes bet and call on river the winning or losing player are both given 5 seconds to show your hand. it makes you think you've won when you haven't.

- the replay should be able to replay.

- i can't ****in copy and paste a HH! It will let you highlight but you can't copy and paste from replay.

- when you're typing in chatbox (or anywhere) and you get a screen pop up, it stops typing everywhere. It is very hard to chat on tables when it constantly pops up another table and stops typing on original.

- No traffic and all tournaments are basically stt's. (this one is will obviously resolve once everleaf fixes its junky software

- graphics are miserable

- ptracker doesnt work with everleaf (idk if this is victory's fault or pt3).

FIX FIX FIX PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE

Re: Suggestion Thread

One thing I find amazingly bad is the autoreload. It doesn't remember preferences from one session to the next. I have to reset it every time I play.

Additionally, there's a popup every time it reloads. If I set it to reload every time I'm under my buyin (which would be ideal), it pops up every time I put some money in a pot.

I don't have some of the problems people describe above. Do other people find the reload preferences don't save?

Re: Suggestion Thread

Auto reload for me shuts off after every time it's triggered, so I haven't bothered with it. And it has the popup message as well.

Focus problems still prevent me from playing more than 2-3 tables at most at a time. Support still claims that these problems do not exist, even after I send them video of them.

Post a link to the video here. Maybe it'll carry more weight.

Re: Suggestion Thread

After reading another thread, I that I agreed with I figured I'd post this suggestion. For the tournements you need to do the following...

- Fix the registration so that it doesn't cut off 5 minutes before tourney starts, if there is not enough players to meet the min req at the start the tourney can be cancelled but not 5 minute before, alot of players are notorious for last minute entry (literally)

- Reduce the min amount of players for a tourney to 10, I don't know what its 12 or 15, its not a big difference but 10 just makes more sense.

- Don't make every guarenteed tourney a rebuy, I know you do it to have a chance to not have overlay, but overlay is good and will draw in more players. I think it would be smart to take the small losses early in your sites development in order to boost traffic.

- Also Have it be more clear that they are rebuys, The first time I entered the $50 $7500 guarenteed I never knew it was a rebuy and wouldn't have entered if i'd had known cause my account was short and never had enough to rebuy anyway. Also for the $7500 guarenteed have it have $5000 starting chips not $3000 that is to little.

Those are the the biggest problems things to fix, and I think it would draw more traffic.

Wink Re: Suggestion Thread

Still no response to my comments in this or the CEO thread.

Another suggestion I had tho was having some of the pro's in the $50 Sunday tourney with Bounties. On them, On Doyles Room they have a $27 tourney with $1000 bounties on the 3 pro's who are playing. A similar thing on Victory would be great.

Also comments on my comments
