I signed up for VIctory poker 3 weeks ago now, and still haven't received any of my rakeback that I signed up for, nor am I getting my points towards my initial deposit bonus.

I have sent 2 emails to support about this and still no response, the first email was 2 weeks ago. I would like my rakeback, and I think I should automatically get my initial deposit bonus without playing for the rest of it as compensation for having neither of these to things work, and no response from support.

Hopefully someone will read and respond to this. And correct the situation.

I doubt your gonna get your bonus without have achieved the points all you to do is talk to there live support team and they will be able to handle the situation dont email them go through live support

If it takes more than two days for support to respond to you, you shouldn't even be playing on that site. Yes, the rakeback is nice, and correct me if I'm wrong, but don't they rake a lot more than the major poker sites? IMO, you should just stick to stars or ft..best of luck

So they got back to me yesterday, and have said they activated rakeback on my account. But were not clear whether I will be getting the last 3 weeks of rakeback that I missed. So I sent them another email.

The reason why I like this site over PS/FT is the tourneys are super soft, so far I have played in 17, and got 1st in 4 of them.

Doesnt FTP take at least 2 days to respond via email as well! Please think your entire post through before posting! We really only like reading logical responses

No, it's never taken more than 2 days for FTP to respond to me. Quit posting illogical garbage if you have no idea what you're talking about. I switched over to stars recently, and support has been very good so far. I get a response from someone in at least an hour!

illogical garbage ? Bud Victory isnt stars nor is FTP. And yes FTP does take most often 48 hours to respond. If you dont know from experience then use the search feature - numerous threads talk about how ****y FTP support is. Get your head out of the garbage can imo

One could only imagine that it takes so long for you to get a response from them because you're more than likely one of those noobs who e-mails them everyday asking for rakeback, or you simply send them nonsense all the time. Get a life imo..

Rakeback is paid every week, every monday ifi remember correct, it worked fine with me.
