Re: Cashouts/Withdrawals

I just don't unbderstand why has there been no answer from Victory Poker to this issue? Are you aware of these katastrophal delays in cashouts?

I have the feeling that the Network is run out of money as the delays are getting more and more. They first wait to get deposits in and then have a little money to pay some of the cashouts.

I here people waiting for cashouts for over 1 month(!). So here are only two conclusions:

1) The Network lie about the "technical delays" and are run out of money!

2) If the "technical issues" would be true, they have last now for over 2 months. This would again mean that there are working so stupid people who cannot handle a prio1 technical issua in 1-2 days. There should be no excuse to give your money to people who are so stupid!

Re: Cashouts/Withdrawals

I have spoken to management at victorypoker and everleaf about this as I also think it's ridiculous. There are going to be some big changes in how cashouts are processed within the next month or two that will completely eliminate this issue. Management at victory is well aware how ridiculous this problem is and has made it their #1 priority to get it fixed.

I have six-figures in my player account and am sure player funds are 100% safe (Everleaf is required to keep them in a separate account that is monitored by the Maltaese government.)

I personally apologize for the slow cashout times as I endorsed the site and realize how frustrating it is for the cashouts to take so long. I promise this issue will be fixed very very soon.

Just read all three statements. They just don't mach!

If some technical issue is #1 priority (and this should be!) it cannot take several months. It has now been a issue of over 2 months and if it still take "a month or two" there really is something wrong with the tedchnical Department. These kind of issues are something to be handled in 1-2 days maximum!

I have been personally now for months been assured by the Support that "this technical delay will be fixed very soon". Now you promise this issue will be fixed "very very soon". Does anybody at your place understand the meaning of "very soon"? It is not after months, it shopuld mean in situations concerning cashouts a maximum of 2-3 days.

So please answer me, what time frame do you now mean with "very very soon"? When will people waiting for their cashouts since weeks get their money?

When I asked the Support what they meant by "will be very soon fixed and cashouts paid", the started to struggle. "I cannot say any time. Very soon can mean any time in the future"! This is just pure lying and trying to keep customers happy, nothing else!

Megafish,

The technical department that is processing cashouts is located at everleaf not victory. It frustrates victory as much as it does you that cashouts take this long. Some internal changes are taking place on how payouts work so there will no longer be delays for victory players. I can not give you an exact date for this. PM me your information and I will try to get your cashout processed in a more timely manner.

As I've said before player funds are monitored by the Maltese government (LGA) and are 100% safe.

This is the same what the Everleaf Support all the time does: They say, that my money will arrive "very soon", but no date is given.

Please are you all keeping your customers for insane? How can you say "very very soon", if you have no clue when the money will arrive???
