re: Short Stack and 20BB CAP Strategy + New Note Caddy Package!
I bought first the tables. These tables alone helped me a lot and convinced me to buy the full package. It is a no brainer, its a cheap investment for a lot of knowledge. His videos are packed with knowledge: very theoretical combined with hand samples. Way more intense then watching any dc or cardrunners vid. I improved my game quickly.
One minus: the video of the sweatsession is pre black friday, full tilt, shallow tables. seriously, altough concepts still apply, everybody who buys this package is playing stars CAP. Lorin stated that he would have a CAP video very soon so that would be awesome.

Thanks Ayke!
The video in reference will be a live review of a student's play. I would like to add about 3-4 of these in total, along with several post game analyses.

re: Short Stack and 20BB CAP Strategy + New Note Caddy Package!
Brilliant package!!! I have bought others priced at a slightly higher price that arent half as helpful as this one. Lorin makes every video, chart and graph easily understandable to anyone with a semi-reasonable grasp of poker and somehow makes it a lot less dull than other packages I have bought! Has everything you need to go from a losing/break even player to a crushing grinder! I myself have gone from a 70k hand sample consistant loser at nl50 cap to a winning player over my last 30k hands(pre rakeback ) within a week and a half of buying it. Im sure with a few more weeks study and a lot more grinding I'll be smashing nl100 and loving life! Many thanks to Lorin and anyone else who helped set this package up!!

A new chart has been added that covers BvB 3-bet jamming when villain is also open shoving A2-A5, 22-55, meaning that he can not defend with this range.

I'm interested in purchasing your package. What amount of money i must have to grind NL50 with your strategy?

well, that really depends on how aggressive you plan on being with your three betting. Generally though, I recommend at least 50 "small buyins" for any limit, which would equal $500 for NL50.

Great customer service from Lorin's co-worker Steve! Got my material in less than hour. At first glance all materials looks very professional and easy to understand.
What will it do to my game, it remains to see.

re: Short Stack and 20BB CAP Strategy + New Note Caddy Package!
**Warning: Long winded testimonial**
I'm a terrible poker player.
I was around when poker first went online. I never made a penny. I tried limit, I tried NL, I even did the PLO thing. Out of desperation, I started short stacking with Ed Miller's basic approach. I think I broke even with that one. Never made it out of the micro-stakes. And every few years, all the message boards would say how much more difficult the games had become. If you look at the general comments over the last decade, apparently the games have become exponentially more difficult with every passing year. I think we are at the point where even observing an online game will cost you 3 bb/100 hands.
Which may be true.
But what is also true was that it was never easy to win at poker. Recreational interest never beat a negative sum game. There was never a time where participating on a public message board made anyone a winner. There was never a time where you could read a book and crush the games. There was never a time when 93% of the poker players on Pokerstars weren't net losers.
There was never a time where you were a unique snowflake.
At least, that's the conclusion I came to after years of scribbling and scratching out strategies to beat the game. Now, this is not to say you cannot win without professional help. Exceptions may prove the rule, but they do exist nonetheless. Some of the greatest players who ever lived have never even read a book on poker.
That strategy may work for you.
It worked for Phil Ivey and Patrik Antonius.
I know it didn't work for me. And when I compare what I was doing with what Lorin's course has offered me, there is no comparison. I've made about $40K in the live 1-2 games over the past 2000 hours. And I wish I could go back 2000 hours and study his course instead. You can search some of my past posts for the gory details. I even remember talking to Lorin before I started my short stacking odyssey and he cautioned me that there was considerable nuance to effectively playing a short stack. I had no idea. Not a clue. I thought it was simply a matter of playing with Pokerstove, a few simulators, working out some fold equity and expectation, throwing in a dash of pot odds, a sprinkling of SPR, a popcorn SS calculator (thanks Jet), maybe some cool game theory, round out with a bit of Nash Equilibrium and I'd be set.
Nope. Not even close.
Having awareness of some of the ingredients is one thing, putting them together into a cohesive, effective, winning strategy is something entirely different. Lorin and Steve have done all the grunt work here, and have the results to show for it. If you are interested in playing CAP style games, give yourself a fighting chance at it. The personal support and coaching these guys offer is exceptional.
The course is simply excellent.
All the best,
Fluxboy

re: Short Stack and 20BB CAP Strategy + New Note Caddy Package!
Can anyone tell me how much rake you generate on average at the 2/4,3/6 and 5/10 tables? If I can grind for SNE, I might give it a try...
Thanks
